Established in 2011.

I have been collecting Lp’s and CD’s for 30 plus years. I also have been selling online for 20 years, Ebay/Gemm.com and Discogs. We also provide a service transferring Lp’s to CD’s and can locate hard to find items.

I ended up spending multiple hours in this store– not even on purpose! Great selection of new and used, classic albums I wouldn’t find anywhere else. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Cool posters and gift ideas. Definitely a Christmas stop now on my list.

Terrific record shop, just how I like it: a healthy mix of new and used, copious vinyl, a listening area pieced together from abandoned stereos and a quiet but kind owner who doesn’t harass you.
This shop is worth any music lover’s visitation.

Great selection of records and collectibles. Wish there was a better selection of turntables. Very nice gentleman and excellent customer service. Have me a discount on records that were in the far back part of the store. I assume those were either slightly scratched or less popular. Liked my visit. Good holiday idea for the classic collector and record enthusiast.

A great old fashioned record store. Actual personal service by people who really know their music and are happy to indulge in music geekdom. Huge selection of new and used vinyl. A lot of real hard to find stuff. They have new and used CDs as well and books and things, but its the vintage vinyl that’s the big draw for me.

Mandatory. Clock Tower is so incredibly important to the community (both the music community and the general community) — An independent record store in a small town is unfortunately being a thing of the past, but an independent record store in a small town with a great selection of vinyl?! That’s nearly unheard of in our modern world!
He has a great selection, fair prices and a decent amount of high end components to help fill out your home listening station.
I really can’t say enough great things about Clock Tower, or the owner, Curt. Keep up the great work!

Great to see a quality record store in grass valley. If you are a lover of music and do not understand why record stores are still open then go to clock tower records, find an album you love and listen to it there in the store. There is nothing like the experience and sound of vinyl. Bands are releasing new albums to vinyl everyday so take you preconceived notions of your grandmothers record player and go find out what youre missing. I am not affiliated with these guys in any way other than I need you to help me support this place so it can be there for years to come. You can get this at Walmart!
