Come Paint With Us painting and wine classes offer a fun, stress-​free, memorable day or evening of easy painting with friends, while enjoying wine, snacks and fine art. It’s a fun group activity in an elegant and inspiring setting right here at the Foothills Event Center in Grass Valley. We provide you with everything you’ll need: easy step-​by-​step painting instructions to inspire you to create your own masterpiece, brushes, paint and canvas. Experience a place for locals interested in pursuing their own creative endeavors, where people in our community can enjoy having a place to socialize and be creative at the same time.

History

Established in 2015.

The first Come Paint With Us class was hosted at the Foothills Event Center in March 2015.

Since then the reception of our painting and wine classes has been exceptional and we are now teaching 4 — 6 classes a month. You can sign up directly on our web site or simply walk in. There is always a canvas ready for you.

Mardie Caldwell is an entrepreneur and founder of several, successful businesses in Nevada County including Lifetime Adoption and the Foothills Event Center to name a few. Art and creativity have always been important to Mardie and it comes as no surprise that hosting painting parties and art classes to our inspired community in Nevada County’s newest venue has been next on her to-​do list.
