Dale’s has been cleaning our carpets for over 16 years. I don’t believe there is a better carpet or upholstery cleaner in in the Grass Valley or Sacramento area. They don’t rush through their cleaning. Every cleaning job they do is very thorough, no shortcuts.

I’m now a huge fan of Dale’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning! Dale had been in business 55 years. His prices are much lower than his local competitors. Dale cleaned my carpets himself, while his assistant moved the furniture. While simultaneously making my carpets look like new, Dale engaged me in friendly conversation. I will be calling on him to clean my carpets again, when it’s time. :-)

Dale’s cleaned my carpet for the first time recently and I was very happy with the whole experience – the initial phone contact with a representative, the scheduling of the cleaning, and the professionalism and friendliness of the service person who did the cleaning, whose name was Steve. I would recommend this company to anyone in this area.
