Don Adams Antenna Satellite

One word-​awesome, and I have not even started watching tv. The install was right in the window of time and it was QUALITY work. He even cleaned up all the cords and wires left from prior companies. He even helped set up my Dish account on the computer and on my additional devices. Very courteous, very helpful I would not go with anybody else. Highly recommended and should have gone through Don Adams years ago. Thank you

So happy with our new Dish service for our home from Don Adams — from the moment we called to the install Don personally installed our new receivers and the office staff got us all set up for the Dish Sling so we can basically watch TV and DVR shows from anywhere in the world. We also added the travel Dish for our RV and the office staff was so helpful getting us all set up with that as well. We highly recommend Don and his crew for all of your satellite needs. I called Don Adams about upgrading my account. I wanted that new Hopper 3 with 16 tuners that I have been hearing about. I don’t need 16 tuners but it’s better to have it and not need than need it and not have it. My only concern was all the movies and shows I had on my current DVR. Don and his team quickly had a fix for that. They offered to transfer all my movies and shows to an external hard drive and then once the new Hopper was installed, upload the movies onto the new one. I didn’t even know they could do that! MaryAnn was very personable and I felt like we were friends for years. Don and Bill were very courteous and helpful. I am recommending them to all my friends and family. This new Hopper 3 is amazing and I’m very pleased I did business with Don Adams.

Larry does not seem to know what he is talking about. This business is ready to help any time and will often help you with a problem over the phone. That is why Don /​Mr. Adams has worked hard to be in the community for over 30 years. Comcast and ATT may be an option but when they came out it was a wasted call. Don was able to find a signal with Dish that DirectTV could not. Unfortunately this business has suffered from the words of a bully. There is a reason Don has been in the area for 35 years. He works hard, cares about the community, and works hard to make make his customers happy. Don and his team work hard daily.

In the first place, Mr. Adams seems to have a lock on Satellite services in Nevada County. There is no competition and therefore they can do pretty much as they please when it comes to service. As far as I can tell there are only three people working there and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called with a problem with my service or a simple question only to be told that anyone who can help me has either gone home for the day (1:00 pm in the afternoon) or is out on service calls, and either one will have to call back «in the morning». In other words, their customer service sucks and there’s nothing we can do about it except sign up for Comcast Cable which is really no choice because they are the absolute WORST company in the entire US. It’s truly unfortunate that Don will not hire another support person that has at least a modicum of technical know-​how. As it is now the lady who answers the phone knows next to nothing about the products they offer. Two stars until they improve their customer service.
