We are a privately and locally owned gym and personal studio for women offering a wide variety of equipment and classes. We pride ourselves on the individual attention we give to our members and guests. Our prime membership age group is between 25 and 90! Been in business for 14+ years — many members having started with us in 2003. We offer key-​less entry for members to enter the gym during off-​peak time at no extra charge. Only eligible on 6, 12 and 24 month memberships.

Business Owner

Judi Bannister emigrated from the United Kingdom in 1975 and spent the next 25 years working in the legal and high tech industry at the executive level. At age 55 she decided it was time to switch careers. She didn’t want to be locked in to a franchise agreement so created Fast and Fit For Women. She is actively involved in the running of the gym and leads many of the classes that they offer. Fast and Fit also runs a fundraiser each year to support a local charity.
