Lori always does a stellar job buying and selling. We bought this house through her and 5 years latter sold it through her. There aren’t enough words to describe her service but we’ll try with awesome, terrific, honest, upbeat, caring, and helpful. She answers every question throughly and with candor. She never tires out no matter how many phone calls from us or showing so many properties. We were not able to remove many pieces of furniture so she willingly took on the challenge to find people who wanted them. She even arranged an organization to come by and take the stuff that wasn’t taken. Truly a doll. As we no longer live in the area we will miss seeing her about town. Yes! We recommend her very highly. Can’t get any better. You’ll be happy you did.

I couldn’t agree more with Jane P. moving IS stressful, but moving over 10,000 miles is mega stressful. Our daughter moved to Grass Valley from Jerusalem 5 years ago and after a campaign of «I need you near me», we decided to take the plunge and follow her. I told her we would come for 10 days to find a house. She laughed at me and said it was not like buying a new dress! But, you know what, buying a house with Lori at our side was almost as easy as buying a new dress.
I met Lori on the net. I signed up with several agencies, but Lori was the only one who responded immediately, asked for our wish list, and started the hunt.
I found about 15 houses which could meet our needs and when we arrived in Grass Valley, Lori was there with appointment made and a timetable for seeing the houses ready. She took us to see all 15 on my list and some on hers, and within 5 days we found «our» house and within a week the house inspections were done, the offer made and accepted, earnest money deposited,
and we returned to Jerusalem to start packing. The closing happened about a month after we started the process.
This long-​winded story should give you an idea about Lori“s professionalism, but she is more than just a consummate professional, she is a delightful human being. She is warm, caring, interested and calming. She truly cares and sees the buyer’s interest as paramount. It was a privilege to meet and work with her.

Lori was my buyer’s agent for a recent purchase of a vacation home in Grass Valley. She was extremely competent, always on time, and had the technological tools that made it possible to do almost all of the paperwork by email. Plus she has a delightful calming personality that got me through the anxieties of buying a house. I recommend her highly to anyone buying or selling a house in Nevada County.

Moving is stressful ! Moving 650 miles is even more stressful. We looked realtors up on the Internet and found Lori. After some phone chats we narrowed it down to our desires and she lined us up for a weekend of searching. We flew in and immediately clicked with Lori. Her knowledge of the area was spectacular. The homes she showed us were exactly up our alley. The real challenge began with a long distance purchase. Lori exceeded all expectations and was there with the key to greet us to the Sierra Nevada foothills! Since she has assisted my best friend in her 650 mile relocation and purchase as well as my in-​laws purchase and my mothers sale. Lori is part of our family! She comes recommended with the highest regard. I write this with honor and sincerity.
