Out of Sight Cleaning

I recently moved to Texas and Out of Sight came to my house in California, which was a complete and total disaster… and I mean DISASTER. Dirty doesn’t even begin to cover it. My 16 year old daughter and I spent 2 ½ months packing and throwing away a lifetime of stuff. So we did not clean much, if at all.
I left a friend in charge of the property after I left. He is extremely hard to impress. Let’s just say OCD much?! I got a phone call the evening after Out of Sight cleaned the house… My friend was «BEYOND IMPRESSED and BLOWN AWAY» at what an «INCREDIBLE JOB» Out of Sight had done. «Even Cleaned the Garage»!!!
I cannot thank Out of Sight enough for the AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, IMPRESSIVE and TOTALLY KILLER JOB they did. My landlords should be more than happy… I can’t thank you enough. You put all my worries at ease from 2,000 miles away. I am very grateful.

Rose and Justice recently cleaned our house and did a wonderful job! They were very pleasant and thorough, even to the point of walking me through each room when they finished to see if there was anything else they needed to do. There wasn’t because they had done such a great job initially. Andrew, one of the owners, was extremely helpful as well. I strongly recommend Out of Sight Cleaning to anyone needing their services!

They have the best customer service. I hired them for a deep cleaning. I had no problems with leaving them in the house alone. When I came home there where some things that I was not happy with, meaning it didn’t get cleaned. I called right away and they were very apologetic and immediately offered to come back the next day. They truly want to leave customers happy and satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Gonna have to go with 5 stars here! I’ve been using this service for many months now and have been very happy. Jay & Madelyn are an excellent team! They always ask if there is anything special or if there is a specific thing that needs concentrated on at every visit. If they end up with any extra time, they always ask what else they can do! No wasted time here.
I have had to changed several appointments and the owner Andrew was very accommodating.

We just moved into the area and needed a house cleaning service that was good, professional, reliable and considerate of our house. I met with Andrew who was just excellent. He was on time and friendly. I liked the price (very reasonable) and they started a few days later. The house cleaners have come twice now. Both times they were friendly, professional, on time, and great cleaners. Our house just sparkled. And they were careful that my cats didn’t escape. As an added plus, Andrew gave me a referral for a window cleaner and a handyman/​contractor. I called both of them and they returned my calls immediately and did excellent jobs. Thanks Andrew!

I run a property management business. I have used Out of Sight Cleaning for our vacation rentals and move out cleans. Andrew is very professional. He always schedules his best cleaners. He does an inventory and makes sure my properties are cleaned professionally. He also always offers to come back and fix any issues if we have any. Chesy is a delight. So friendly and caring. She prides herself on taking on the dirtiest homes and making them sparkle. We are very happy with Out of Sight Cleaning. I like that they are professional, respond quickly and take great care of my properties. I do not like babysitting vendors and have to check their work. When I use Out of Sight cleaning I know that the property will be ready and my tenants or guests will be impressed. Thank you for being the best!

It is comfortable to have these people in our home, and that is the part that really matters. It’s also great that they are professional, personable and do great work. They can be as thorough as we want or just do a quick cleaning when we prefer. Andrew and Chesy and their crew are great!

Dusting– Five stars: They did an awesome job dusting, they ran cloths over EVERYTHING in my house, which was awesome because not only do I hate dusting I’m super allergic. Everything got dusted SUPER well. My mirrors all look amazing.
Toilets– *****Five Stars: They cleaned these super well, I have two small boys and all the various drips got wiped away nicely.
Showers– **Two Stars: While one of my tubs looked excellent my shower with sliding doors still looks pretty bad. They got the stall done really well but the track and doors are still fithly, it’s this kind of thing I wanted to hire cleaners for since it is a pain in the butt to do but really I expected more from professional cleaners.
Walls and baseboards– ***Three Stars: Meh, Some baseboards got dusted but some areas got skipped over completely and the corners were not done. I know this is a deep clean type of thing but I hired these guys for a «Move Out Cleaning» as it said on the work order and that is pretty standard on all move out inspections I’ve had.
Kitchen: ****4 stars, the cabinets got wiped down and look amazing, they cleaned out the inside of my microwave and my stove top but skipped the oven, there were a few spots on my sink I had to scrub with some baking soda to get the nooks and crannies clean, also my counter top had a few spots that were skipped.
Windows: **2 stars, This was something I specifically requested and the girls did a great job on the windows they did, especially my sliding glass doors, but the tracks were not vacuumed out on any of the windows and they skipped about half of my windows.
Vacuum: ****4 Stars, everything was vacuumed well but they used my vacuum. I’ve noticed some house cleaners usually bring all their own equipment, including vacuums so I had I known they would be using my vacuum I would have cleaned it out before they came. My vacuum is on it’s way out so they did the best they could with it. I would have preferred they brought their own.
Sweeping: *****5 Stars, They really got my laminate flooring nicely and got around my wood stove beautifully.
Mopping: *1 Star, Really I am terribly disappointed in the floors, I’ve found myself on the floor on my hands and knees scrubbing spots up they missed. The area behind the toilets was completely skipped and around the base of the toilets was not cleaned. There was visible dirt in the corners that was skipped in every room as well as visible dirt on the floors. If this had been just a weekly cleaning I’d say they did an okay job, but again, for a «Move Out Cleaning» I expected a more thorough job.
Professionalism: *****Five Stars, The ladies who came were very professional, they got down to work and worked the ENTIRE time they were here. They were dressed appropriately in uniforms and were very friendly.
Overall that averages out to a 3-​star job. They were OK, and probably nice for a weekly clean but I don’t think I’d call them again for a detail oriented clean, which is what I needed. They did make the job of getting my house ready to sell a bit easier, but not as easy as I had hoped.
