History
Established in 2014.
The owners Ron & Valentina owned a restaurant in the same parking lot of 6 years. They closed the doors 2÷7÷2014 & reopened in a new location, same parking lot, on the corner in a newer brighter building 9-2-2014. Mostly because of the community showing how badly they wanted them back providing the majority of the funds for reopening, they are back! New concept of popular foods made fast before your eyes, and all organic.

From Russia, looking for a new home, and a community to be part of. Nevada county has become her home, and the community is her new family. Married to Ron, her business partner, and their two children, call Grass Valley their home. The new addition of her sister Albina, added to the management team, makes it even more of a family owned and ran business.
