I was trying to find a bike late in the season for my wife. I called all dealers in the area and no one was helpful, they just told me they had none in stock. When I called these guys I spoke with Charlie. He said he could check with his rep and see if any bikes were available. 10 minutes later he called me back, said he’d found one back east. There was a delay by a few days to get the bike due to storms back east, and we weren’t going to get the bike in time for a trip we were taking. So Charlie set my wife up with a loaner bike for the week free of charge. When we took delivery of the bike I could tell he spent his time putting it together, lubing the axels, shifted flawlessly. He then spent time with my wife getting the sag set right. The day I took delivery, after the first ride my wife got a flat from a thorn. I could not figure out how to get the front wheel off, I’d never seen the type of setup to get the axel out. So I called Charlie and he walked me through it over the phone. It was a great experience to work with someone so knowledgable, who cared about the customer, and followed through. I’ll never buy a bike from anyone else!

I took my road bike into the shop for a tune up and asked them to replace a shifter lever. It took them 2.5 weeks to get back to me and none of the work had been done and quoted me $ 300 for the part. I asked for the brake pads to replaced, but they weren’t. In the parking lot a man asked me what I thought of the service. I told him what I thought and we both got into our cars and left.
I work for one of the largest employers in the county; word gets around.
I try to shop local, but with this kind of service, it’s impossible.
