Just came from them and will not return. Fired all help. Go thru wash and leave. No one to wipe down car, clean interior or do anything else. If you want interior cleaned they now offer free vacuum cleaners or have some kind of special detailing for an additional $ 29.95 which may get windows and vacuuming and who knows what else. An going to look for a real full service car wash and not some make believe wash. They were good once but not any more.

Awful and expensive. My $ 30 express detail took a really long time and it came out dirty. Both outside and in. They made no effort. Staff is few and far between.

Fast Jack’s just remodeled, and not for the better. Although FJ’s now has do-it-yourself vacums, it appears they no longer hand dry your car after the wash, a prime feature of the car wash, nor do they have a premium wash, $ 15, were they clean the inside of the car including the windows. I bought the new premium wash and was disappointed. After the wash the hatch on my SUV was still dirty and water spots on the glass. There is a full service wash about a mile north and that’s where I will go in the future.

If you’re looking to get your car washed quickly, then this is the place to come. It’s simple, quick and easy. The payment process is self service, but is easy and works well. You stay in the car and at the end there is a guy there to wipe down and give a little more detail. In my experience, the line (if there is one) moves along quickly.
