Simon’s Limousine

I booked Simon’s limousine for my wedding. They were supposed to pick me and my new husband up from the church and drive us 15 min to our wedding reception. They called me at 9 pm the night before my wedding (while I was at my rehearsal dinner) to let me know that their limo had gotten in an accident that morning and they could no longer pick me up. They offered me an SUV as a replacement (I told them no since I had plenty of family and friends with SUVs that would drive me for free). It was completely rude of them to wait until 9 pm the night before my wedding to let me know I no longer had a limo when the accident had happened that morning. If they would have told me earlier I might have been able to get another limo booked. Don’t book Simon’s limo, you will be sorry.

I found Simon’s Limo by chance online and emailed for a quote. He came back with the best rate so I booked them to/​from ORD on ⁹⁄₂₂ and ⁹⁄₂₉. The driver was timely and we had no problems either way. If I had one complaint, it would be that the car for the return trip could have been cleaned up a little before our use — empty water bottles, tissue on floor. Nothing horrible that would deter me from using them again, but just a little TLC.

Used service for roundtrip from downtown to Midway. Got picked up on time each way. great service

We’ve used Simon’s for many, many trips between O’Hare & the northern suburbs. Even with very early or very late pickup times, horrible weather, horrible traffic & flight delays Simon’s is always there on time with a warm (cool in summer) car a friendly face and excellent service.

Awful!!! Booked a car through a Groupon. Never showed up and no record of our reservation (even with a confirmation number).
