Today Nail Spa

Decided to stop in for a simple brow wax. Three women staffed and just one with a client. I asked for the wax and was told by the one who can only do them that she’s with someone and can’t at the moment. Felt like she didn’t want to do it so I left. Not very welcoming at all!

I love today nail spa I go every two weeks with my mom. Everybody there is so nice to us. And despite what other reviews say it is a VERY clean place. And my nail polish always last but sometimes it will ware away but only if i am doing a lot of hard work with my hands but it rarely ever does. They do a wonderful job on my nails every time I have never been not happy there. Some people complain about having to wait but if you don’t want to wait make a appointment and know if you are a walk-​in you may have to wait cause they have to deal with the people who have appointments first. But over all if you are looking for a place to get your nails done go there it is the best place I have ever been to and I love it they are so nice. And don’t listen to the bad review I looked at them and none of them are ture and I don’t know were any of the complaints come from at all it makes me mad to see them cause its not ture at all. So just go if you are looking to you will not be sorry at all. :)

The past two days I have walked in and asked for a fill. Both times they told me it would be at least an hour wait and asked for me to come back later. Is that how you do business when you advertise «walk ins welcome»? No. Both days I drove out of my way and moved plans around. Hire more people so you can provide better service or you will continue to lose good customers. I will never go here again and found a nail salon just as close to my house that has way better service. I am surprised this place is still in business.

The wifey just got back from this crap hole and complained about her experience for 15 minutes. So I figured I better rant. The staff was extremely rude. Didn’t even try to speak English. The place was empty but they treated her like she was a burden. First time and last time she goes to this place. Spend a little more and go to a place whose employees at least make an attempt to speak English.

The place is dirty, people are ignorant. Poor service. I went for a simple polish change and she used so little polish that didn’t even cover the nail. They don’t listen or pretend not to understand English. Will not go back and will no recommend it anybody.

Reasonably priced, but the pedicures are awful. I have gone numerous times and each time the water has been cold and the dead skin was not sloughed off well enough.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. I can’t believe this place is still open. Here are some pictures I took while there, they should stay away from phones and computers and clean this place !!! I went to Today nail spa for pedicure, should read reviews before went there. Big mistake !!! I got the most painful and rushed pedicure ever !!! The guy who gave me pedicure did something to my big toe, still hurts !!! One of the girls was holding phone with her shoulder and was talking on the phone while doing pedicure. Be aware !!!

Sorry, Today Nail Spa, I think we’re breaking up after a great run of a year.
I recently made an appointment for a no-​chip manicure and a pedicure. When I arrived, they seemed surprised and confused, though I’d only made the appointment a few hours before. They started with the manicure, which seemed like a logistically poor choice. No-​chip manicures dry with UV light so it’s pretty quick with little chance of smudging. Had they started with the pedicure, it could have dried considerably while I was getting the manicure.
Anyway, I got the no-​chip manicure (my first) and was immediately pleased. It looked nice, but less than a week later, it was already peeling and pulling away from my nail. Not cool for a manicure that costs twice as much as standard. Also, when he finished, he pulled out his phone and started texting/​emailing/​whatever and made no move toward the pedicure chair. I loitered awkwardly for a couple of minutes and then finally walked to the front to pay. If you don’t want me to spend more money, that’s your problem.

Pretty good salon, didnt have to wait long and my pedicure was perfect. I dont really have any complaints about it.

When I walked in there were employees on lap tops… The salon was dirty, there was an actual dead fly hanging from the nail desk I was sitting at. The place was dusty and unorganized, instead of being on computers, maybe they should be cleaning. I will never go back, and would not recommend.

Cindi is incredible! I’ve had my nails done at many different places, but she is fast and does a perfect job for my pink and white gel nails.

Great place for manicures, pedicures and waxing. In particular Cindy is great, but Huyen is the best there is — and also a wonderful person. Usually pretty easy to get an appointment, but walking in you can expect a wait. Seems obvious since they don’t rush you through — they take their time and pay attention to detail.
