History

Established in 2007.

Former women’s health lobbyist turned natural hair culturist, trichologist, and master loctician, partnering with my beautiful daughter, a certified eyelash extension stylist and certified tanning technician. My love of natural hair and its care started in high school and grew into a passion for the wellness of women of color and our families. B’yond Natural’s name is very intentional. It’s not just about hair, scalp, skin or nails it’s far beyond that. It’s about loving with the love of Christ that takes us far beyond anything we ever imagined… and that alone is reason enough for us to go B’yond Natural.

Tanya Murphy (Owner, Natural Hair Culturist, Trichologist, and Master Loctician)

Former women’s health lobbyist turned natural hair culturist, trichologist, and master loctician. Tanya’s love of natural hair and its care started in high school and grew into a passion for the wellness of women and their families.

Morgan Rackley (Owner, Certified Eyelash Extensionist, Certified Airbrush Tanning Technician)

Morgan started out in the beauty industry six years ago in her mother’s salon as an assistant. In college she moved on to work as a Spa Coordinator in multiple luxury day spas in Atlanta. That quickly became full time job. It was then that she realized her passion for natural beauty products and services. Eventually, her love of beauty lead her to start her freelancing career as a Make-​up Artist, Certified Eyelash Extension Stylist, and Airbrush Tanning Technician. A short time later, Morgan partnered with her mother, Tanya, to open B’yond Natural Beauty Bar.
