After over 5 or 6 years, the nasty condescending attitudes haven’t gotten ANY better. On top of that, we have had items returned not thoroughly cleaned and alterations not done correctly (my husband had a button re-​sewn on a sports coat that fell right off). The convenience of same day service is NO longer worth the aggravation. I would look for another cleaner (American-​owned at that) unless you are looking for the same experiences.
