Looking to serve the community with Royal transportation at taxi cab rates, started in March of 2014, we quickly took off. Since we are all employees that have served the community for the past 10 years with another limo company we decided to open up our own service. We know the area, we know the people; we ARE the people. We believe that with our knowledge we can provide you with the service you deserve. Our driver was early. The ride was pleasant. The price was reasonable. The car was clean and rather new – no overbearing air fresheners (which I hate). The only problem we had is that the driver relied too heavily on Waze, which often gives a round-​about route that ends up actually adding time instead of saving time. I wouldn’t suggest that drivers rely on this app in the future. We had to correct the driver’s route once or twice to steer clear of what we knew would be bad traffic in back neighborhoods. That said, he was very polite about honoring our requests and was very professional.

Royal Limo provided my wife and me with punctual, safe, and reliable service (transportation to JFK from our home in Great Neck and vice versa). The price was competitive ($ 40 to JFK and the same price home), the car was very clean and had no weird stale cigarette or other smell (which I have experienced in other Great Neck-​based car services in the past), and our driver, Adam, was a pleasure to have drive us (a good guy and a good driver).
The only thing that prevents me from writing a five-​star review for Royal is the fact that the cars are not new (but like I wrote — the car was clean and comfortable).
In sum, we were provided with great service and a comfortable experience, and the value was terrific. I would definitely recommend Royal to anyone, and we will definitely use them again.
