Manager
Amanda loves teaching others how to integrate health and fitness into even the most hectic schedules. She believes in balancing flexibility, strength, and endurance in order to achieve optimal and life long health. Regarding her training style, she says, «My training programs focus on functional strength, which means we will exercise using full body movements emphasizing core strength. I will make sure that each step of the way you are working out correctly, minimizing chances of injury and maximizing weight loss and strength gains potentials. My job as a trainer is to give you the tools, guidance, and motivation to achieve your best body!»
Amanda is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She currently serves as a part-time faculty at the University of Northern Colorado teaching Advanced Strength and Conditioning.
