We have used Basten’s for two separate foundations issues in the last 10 years and have been completely satisfied with their work. Our first experience was with a foundation straightening and waterproofing. The guys that did the work took extra care to protect our lawn and were deftly able to excavate in tight locations without any damage to our home. Over 10 years later our basement is still dry and the foundation straight. The second time we had Basten’s out was to expand and deepen a window well. They had to hand-​dig due to the location, and were still able to complete the job in under 4 hours. When they left we could barely tell they were here since they cleaned up and restored our landscaping so well. Hopefully we never have any more basement or foundation issues, but if we do, Basten’s will be the first place we call!
