History

Established in 2005.

Tn’T Carpentry was originally formed in Ormond Beach, FL in 2005 as Tn’T Carpentry of Volusia, LLC by Ted Rine. The company dissolved operations in Florida in December 2008, and relocated back to the Chicago area registering its name in Lake County, IL. In December 2008. Tn’T Carpentry was awarded the title of Certified Dwelling Contractor in Wisconsin in March 2009. Tn’T Carpentry becomes a lead safe company in Wisconsin in July 2010.

Business Owner

The owner of Tn’T Carpentry Ted Rine holds General contractor license in Lake County, Illinois, is certified as a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor, a Wisconsin dept. of health lead safe worker, OSHA 10hr, and a list of other certifications. Ted also holds a Certificate in Construction Occupations by the Illinois Central College, in Dec 1995. Ted has been in the carpentry trade working under general contractors since 1993 working on both residential and commercial projects. He has previously attained Journeyman Status thru the United Brotherhood for Carpenters & Joiners of America, working on projects such as the Four Seasons tower in Miami, Florida, Deerfield Commons, Highland Park, Sax Fifth Ave. Shopping center, and various other projects. Tn’T Carpentry provides services to property managers, homeowners, Real estate investors and other contractors.
