Specialties
Today, Keith and Candace have sold millions of dollars of real estate and well over 100 homes in Marin, of course specializing in Tiburon and Belvedere. They also have a keen knowledge of international purchasing, corporate relocations, and the rental market. They have helped to place several families in temporary or permanent rental housing, to aid in the transition of purchasing in the Bay Area housing market.
«We have lived in Tiburon since 2000 and have raised a child from birth in the community. We have lived in several different neighborhoods and have experienced their cultures firsthand. We wake up every morning with a „pinch me, we live in paradise“ attitude. We love where we live and are truly passionate about the community. Because Tiburon and Belvedere is a small community, we pride ourselves in making business contacts with our friends, and upholding the most stringent focus on the confidentiality needed to reserve their trust in any transaction».
History
Established in 2001.
In 2000, my mom called us in Sacramento from Tiburon and said, «Hey, I see all of these contractors buying up homes and selling them 6 months later for a nice profit. Why don’t you guys sell your service station, move to Tiburon, and we can start doing this, too». To make a very long story short… we did! We bought a horrible «almost tear down» and remodeled it over the next 2 years, making it a beautiful, Tiburon home.
We simply got our real estate licence to save money on the commissions when we were flipping homes. Then, it was time to sell our first home, and I met several people who had a need for our service of helping to fix up homes to make them spectacular, both for listing or when buying… and the rest is history. We found that the real estate business was the perfect fit for our lives. Today, it is a very strong career that we take very seriously.
We invite you to our website to preview the homes we have sold in Marin County.
Meet the Business Owner
Candace and Keith Nordstrom.
Business Owner
Candace was brought up with high expectations and an intense value system. Her parents had owned their own businesses since they were 16 and 18 years old, so a work ethic was an important part of her upbringing. Through the years of her adolescence and teens, she was taught that honesty, loyalty, and commitment would get her very far in life, especially in the business world.
At 18, her future husband, Keith, hired Candace as his bookkeeper and 1 ½ years later, she became part of the family. Within 3 years of working for Keith, she learned the ins and outs of running a service station. A few years later, they purchased their own Shell Service Station in Carmichael, CA.
Candace and Keith took a destitute, run-down business from bankruptcy to maximum success. They worked 18+ hours a day, 6 – 7 days a week. Candace taught and organized the front of the business, while…
