A few days before the end of tax season my wife and I stopped in at this H&R Block location to complete our taxes.
We ended up using the online application to schedule our appointment which was easy and convenient. When we walked into this branch we were surprised at how worn down this location was. This location definitely seemed more tattered than the Hadley branch we have attended for a few years.
Our tax specialist was Laurie and she was very polite. She was very supportive but also seemed a bit overwhelmed. We quickly got the sense that the management here doesn’t support her well but she was knowledgeable about filing in multiple states.
In the end, we had a great return and liked not having to do our own taxes, but the prices at H&R Block are high and we may try another company next season.
