I specialize in wedding photography with a photojournalistic style. I have 20 years of experience in photojournalism and I use that skill set to capture all the important moments of a wedding day without being obtrusive.
History
Established in 1993.
I began my career on Cape Cod in 1993, where I worked for The Cape Codder newspaper in Orleans, MA. I later worked as a freelancer in Western, MA for The AP and others.
In 2002 I moved to Washington, DC where I began freelancing for The Washington Post, The AP and The New York Times. Eventually I was hired full time by The European Pressphoto Agency where spent 5 years covering the White House, Capitol Hill and many world news and sporting events, including the Presidential campaigns in 2004 and 2008, The 2008 World Series, and The 2009 US Open golf tournament.
In 2010 my wife and I decided to move back home to Western, MA to raise our children in «The Valley» and be closer to our families. I currently shoot assignments for The Boston Globe, The New York Times and The Associated Press.
I’ve shot weddings throughout my career and now I shoot more than ever. I really enjoy being part of such an important day and capturing all the important moments in a quiet and respectful way.
