I don’t write poor reviews without reason, but after today, I feel compelled to write one. First off, I’ve been coming here regularly for quite some time. I probably spend between $ 50 and $ 200 each visit. That ends today. I stopped in today to purchase a pair of batteries and a charger. All was well until I tried to check out. The clerk told me that he needed to take a scan of my drivers license in order to sell me batteries and a charger. I then offered to show him my ID, but due to issues with identity theft, there’s no WAY I’m giving some kid a scanned image of my personal information! Both clerks then began to argue with me about it. I then stated that there isn’t any LAW requiring a photo scan of my ID for purchase of batteries. The second clerk (a real Dick) became rude and argumentative with me. I then stated that I would not be coming back. «Dick» then loudly yelled «Good!» The previous review mentions offensive attitudes of employees, and she/​he was 100% right. Also, most of the juice they sell is the off brand crap you might find at a gas station. I will be going to Uniq Vapes in Pittsfield or ordering online.
Also, when I asked who the store owner was, the clerk stated «Sandri Sunoco». Probably to prevent me from telling the owner about the level of «service» his help is providing.
The Enthusiast seems to be more of a «Head Shop» for pot smokers than a quality Vape Shop.

I had a great time there, they offer expertise in both sides of the business, and very friendly staff.

they did not have any thing i wanted here and were not hlepful when i was tyring to ask questions. the employee here named dylan was very rude and tried to pretty much ignore me because i have lack of knowledge. i just wanted to know more about vapes but it seemed lik he was making fun of my cheap vape pen. not cool. and u dont even have american glass most of it is imports. have a few things no one will ever buy. im done with this place dont go there and especialy dont want to see dylan again jeez what a jerk.
