I have been an American Heart Association Instructor for over 10 years and began teaching as a small business several years ago. I formally organized as Coastal CPR & First Aid, LLC in 2009. In 2011 I became accredited as an American Safety and Health Institute Training Center.

I’ve been an American Heart Association instructor for over 10 years and am a former EMT. I’m now a mom of 4, small business owner and active community volunteer. I strongly believe that each of us has the ability to help another during an emergency and enjoy teaching the skills that can help save lives.
