Seacoast Trolley Company

We used Seacoast Trolley Company in October of 2014. It is March of 2015 and now that the excitement of the wedding has passed, I still think about how nice it was to work with Paul and Bill. We planned a Portsmouth wedding from Pennsylvania never being in Portsmouth before. The communication was great. The expertise in advice was great, and the professionalism and price were TERRIFIC!!! I would use them again and of course recommend these guys in a heartbeat!!! Just got the photo album done and Bill did a magnificent finding beautiful places to take pictures!!! Thank you again!!!

Had Seacoast Trolley for my daughter’s wedding. Paul was extremely organized and Bill, our driver, was wonderful. He arrived early to reassure everyone he was ready to go when we were. He was delightful and professional. Heading to the chapel with the song «Going to the Chapel» made everyone smile and started the fun. I would recommend anyone having a wedding or needing a trolley to use this company. Many thanks for the great memories!

We just used Seacoast Trolley for our wedding on 6÷22÷13 and they were fabulous. I went with them based on the review from the other guy on Unilocal who said they worked out well despite their old school ways. It’s true they snail-​mailed me a brochure, but I dealt with Paul primarily through email and he was extremely responsive and good-​natured.
Our driver, Eric was fantastic! The trolley was adorable and they drove my parents, groom’s parents and our wedding party to the South Church in Portsmouth. Eric was very accommodating when we changed plans to have him pick us up in the middle of town because we were taking pictures. Then once we all piled on, he blasted «going to the Chapel» as we cruised through the streets of Portsmouth which was awesome! So so fun.
Paul was very thorough coordinating everything, even sending a picture of the exact pickup location so I couldn’t recommend Seacoast Trolley more! They were also significantly less expensive than some other trolley companies we looked into.

For my «Portsmouth-​themed» wedding, I knew I wanted trolleys to transport guests from their hotels to the ceremony and reception sites. I contacted every trolley company from Mass to Maine and picked Seacoast. Paul was friendly and accommodating from the beginning, and had great follow-​through. We ended up also booking a 1-​hour historical trolley tour for the guests and I heard nothing but rave reviews of the trolley and driver.
The business is pretty old-​school– when you ask for information, you will be snail-​mailed the actual pamphlet (one day I will teach Paul how to scan as a PDF), and the contract is written on a typewriter and carbon paper. It definitely adds to the charm, but I wasn’t really sure until the end whether it was going to work out perfectly or be someone’s idea of a joke.
