AG offers education, consulting, gelato and ice cream equipment, supplies and ingredients to support the frozen dessert industry nationwide. AG also offers full ice cream and gelato store design services, European showcases and professional installation services. AG chefs offer hands on training for individuals and groups to enable them to design their signature gelato, ice cream and frozen dessert recipes and other menu items.
