Starting as Indigo The Salon 17 years ago, We have been training and working and studying just for this time. Education events, intense classroom work, hands on repetition. Fashion shows, editorial shoots and platform work. Plying our trade and our craft.

Business Owner

Trained in Atlanta, Hillary wears many hats at Blueprint. As an owner and Master Designer, she charts the technical direction of the salon as the Artistic Director. A profound colorist with master stylist education with Logics/​Matrix, Hillary is a former national Artistic Team member with American Crew Men’s Grooming Products.

As a new guest I was very well taken care of. The women who work there are simply amazing and they know what they’re doing! The environment is warm, inviting and relaxing. I don’t think I’ve ever been to such a nice salon. My hair turned out to be absolutely amazing and they took sooo much time to do it! There was no rush and they’re so kind. I will certainly be back!

I have been a client of Hillary’s for nearly 20 years and am in love with the new Blueprint Salon! The staff is talented, personable, and very professional, and I love all of the hair products that Hilary has recommended to me. From haircuts to color to special occasion styling, I wouldn’t dream of going anyplace else!

Dawn has been cutting my hair, my wife’s, and two teenage boys for over a year. We followed her to Blueprint and have been very pleased. Dawn is accommodating to our busy work and sports schedules and is an absolute professional and talented stylist. Most importantly, she meets the demands of our teenage boys effectively balancing teenage style, functional sports requirements, and parental preferences!
The entire staff and facility is welcoming and I always look forward to my next visit.

I went to Blueprint to get my hair done for a formal. It was a terrible experience. I showed a picture of a very specific style I wanted and the result was nothing close to what the picture looked like. The girl who did my hair knew I was unsatisfied yet she still charged me an outrageous amount for what I had done. I sat 4 hours just for her to curl my hair and tangle it up and was late for my event. Not to mention, the employees of the salon gossiped about pervious customers in front of me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I got my hair cut by Dawn and absolutely loved her and the work she did to my hair. When I first got there, since it was my first time, they took the time to give me a tour of the entire salon. After my hair cut Dawn gave me advice on products and told me exactly how to use them. It was a great experience and I will be going back!

I absolutely love Hillary’s salon. I have followed her to her new location and, believe it or not, I drive from Winston-​Salem to downtown Greensboro to have her do my cut and color. She is that good. The new salon is warm and inviting – great atmosphere! And I can enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while my color sets. Try Blueprint!

Hilary and her staff offer nothing but the best. I was looking for an upgrade to the ordinary men’s hair cut and found it with Blue Man and now Blueprint. It’s nice to have your significant other like what she sees so much she decides to book an appointment for herself. Now Blueprint has two loyal customers!
