We provide good housing for good neighbors!

We offer one and two bedroom homes, spacious and well appointed in a high end neutral palette — so your personal taste and style can shine. We even have ourdoor patios and balconies for weather lovers — and expended sunroom space for those who want a nook of extra space.

Our clubhouse is inside of a historic log house (which our residents can rent), and includes an awesome gym, gift wrapping center, several TVs, chess, foosball, a business center and a tanning salon!

Our community has an enormous bark park, running trails, stocked fish pond, awesome fire pit and car care center. We also have reciprocity with a nearby sister community for use of their swimming pool and volleyball court.

AND — we even have allergy free buildings!
