History

Established in 2010.

In late 2010 Chris Pappalardo started out as an individual agent helping home buyers and sellers, soon after that in 2012 he hired his wife and business partner Amy, and they have added to their team a closing coordinator and photographer thus creating the Chris Pappalardo Team. From 2010 – 2014 we have helped our clients buy and sell over 100 homes making us part of the top 5% of real estate agents in the Triad.

I love what I do but I hate writing about myself! The important things to know — because I love what I do, it’s easy to stay on top of the trends for how to best buy and sell houses and be great at what I do. In my personal life, I have married the love of my life and we have a son who is fun and quite precocious. I love to grill and smoke meats, or really just cook in general and I play music and played professionally for 15+ years. I volunteer with the Old North State Council for Boy Scouts and play music for charity functions whenever I can, like the locally run Autism Unbound nonprofit’s Silent Auction every year in November.
