History

Established in 1970.

In the late ‘60s, I began to purchase, renovate and resell (now known as «flipping») homes in New Jersey. I became enchanted with the process of locating and negotiating the purchase of properties which I wanted to rehabilitate — and with the process of helping buyers purchase my newly renovated homes. I derived such pleasure with the entire process that I wanted to share my expertise with new home buyers. Consequently, I obtained my license in 1970 and began my career in real estate. Eventually, I became a registered New Jersey builder. When our daughters relocated to Greensboro, they convinced my wife and I to do likewise. I obtained my NC Broker’s license and continued my real estate career. We have been in Greensboro for 10 years, and we have been blessed with 5 grandchildren.
