Academy of the Wagging Tail

My dog and I had another visit at the Academy of the Wagging Tail to get a shorter clip due to the hot weather. The groomer, Hope, did a fantastic job. My dog looks great.

I should have not given this business the benefit of the doubt. My experience was horrible. I was quoted a price. I showed up with that and a 10 $ tip since I have a large Newfoundland. I went to get my dog and the owner told me a higher price. They dont take credit cards, so all I had was the cash. I told her I was writing a bad review just like the others I read and she rudely spat, «I will get my lawyeR and sue you». I said,“you are exactly as I read in the reviews, obnoxious, demanding and snobby.” She refused to give me my pet so I told her I was calling the cops. Suddenly my dog appeared. The groomer didn’t get her tip. The owner kept it. After going home I saw my dogs nails were not done. (I took her to the vets and they clipped them) Her ears were full of water and trimmed way to short. Here tufts between her feet were all crazily cut. What a terrible experience. The cash only thing… maybe the IRS needs to look into that. I will have to call.

Have heard HORROR stories about this place! DONT think about taking ur loved ones here. I actually witnessed the owner kick a small dog to get him back in his disgusting cage. What I have heard from others is even worse. She should be out if business, for real.
