Great haircut by Davis. Looked and felt expertly cut and grew in nicely as well. However it was very expensive.

I cannot say enough good things about the talent at this salon. I never leave without a beautiful cut and the cuts /​color are truly worth every penny here. I was hesitant to move from my NYC salon, but after one cut with Giovanna had me wondering why I hadn’t made the switch long ago! I also have seen Paulo for cuts (he is equally talented and amazing) as well as Sarah for color (awesome!). After having great experiences with anyone I have booked with here I can honestly say I would trust any of the stylists working here. They clearly are expertly trained and are the best of the best. I would highly recommend Fekkai in Greenwich to anyone looking for a true quality, professional salon experience in the area.

The team at the Greenwich FF is Amazing. Rabih’s haircut and blow dry are spectacular: in 25 years in the USA I never had my hair so perfect. I also have to thank Make Up Artist Raymond who is a true delight to work with! The whole ambiance and team make this salon truly unique!

Was visiting in Greenwich and was recommended Salon. Had a nice haircut and great color. Left without my necklace that was so sentimental to me from Italy. Called the next day to inquire about my necklace and after three phone calls was informed that stylist handed me my necklace. Not true. They really had no empathy that my necklace was missing and was assured that it was given to me. Being in retail the customer is always right. Not so here. I would never recommend this salon. I cannot believe the lack of care they expressed. I am without my necklace that was so precious to me and they could have cared less. I think they should have reimbursed me for the haircut and color to have shown some sort of caring. Never will revisit this place again.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for about 2 years, with one stylist and then another one. My last two cuts at this salon (one with each of these 2 stylists) were just terrible. I can’t wear my hair down right now because the layers are completely off and unbalanced. Not what I expect for $ 165 per visit. I gave up on the stylist I had been going to regularly, after he gave me a botched job. I told him I want long flowing hair, and he proceeded to cut off 4 inches and give me very short layers. The lady I went to for a fix actually managed to botch it up even more. I am now on a heavy dose of vitamin D to make my hair grow back faster. Such an incredible disappointment.

This is a nice salon with very talented colorists and stylists. The services here are first-​rate in quality. Stacey gives excellent cuts, and is a pleasure to talk to while she is doing your hair.
The only advice I have to offer someone who has never been here before is that you should be prepared to spend more than you are expecting. When I got highlights here, I did not take into account the fact that the gloss was not included in the price, and neither is the blow-​dry afterwards. Unlike most salons, Fekkai does not offer the option to have an assistant dry your hair for a lower price. The blow dry added an unexpected $ 95 on top of an already steep bill.
You will feel very happy and confident with the way you look leaving the salon, but be prepared that your wallet might not feel as joyful about the experience.

Fekkai Greenwich is fabulous in every respect — styling, professionalism, customer service and ambience. The other big name Manhattan salon in town has a horrible attitude and after trying four different stylists there for a decent blowout I went to Fekkai and never looked back. I still go into the city for all of my other services but thanks to Fekkai I can stay local for hair.

I was in town for a company Christmas party and staying at the DeLamar hotel… I am from Southern California and wanted to get my hair done. Alaxandre Chouery you are a true gem, and I can’t thank you enough for making my day so special… From the minute I walked into the salon I was treated like royalty. It was the most amazing customer service I have ever had. You deserve a shout out and a thank you. I loved getting my hair and make up done, but also I knew I was in fantastic hands… Wish you were all in Southern California. It was magical.

I love this Fekkai! I honestly think it’s the best Fekkai in the tri-​state area. I’m not sure how one could say something so negative, Laura L. Yes, it’s a very different feel from the locations in NYC but the colorists and stylists are just as talented. They are all taught by the same people and the majority of them used to work at the NYC locations. Maybe you weren’t specific enough? I, along with a lot of other clients, have always has a wonderful experience at the Fekkai in Greenwich. Maybe you should try another salon.

I split my time between NYC & CT yet I choose to have my hair colored at Frederic Fekkai in Greenwich. No one gets my brown hair just right like Sarah does. She’s so upbeat and professional and I just love the results! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I love the cozy and friendly environment of the Greenwich location too. I actually prefer it, and the results are just as good, if not better than any of the NYC salons. Highly recommend the salon and Sarah in particular!

I recently moved to Greenwich from NYC and was so excited to see a Frederic Fekkai right in town. I’ve been a loyal client for several years and I can’t let just anyone cut and color my hair. That being said, this salon is far from the Fekkai in the city– the 5^th Ave. location and my beloved Mark hotel location. My cut ok, however my color is a horrifying mess that makes me look washed out. Any senior colorist should know what color will wash a client out and mine had no clue. So, I’ll be taking the train back to The Mark for correction, I would take it back to the Greenwich location, but I can’t risk another disaster nor do I have the time! Ladies, be warned. Don’t settle for Greenwich and head back to the city for the service you’re accustom to (and pay for)! Sorry Frederic Fekkai, this salon is unacceptable.

The salon is very well run and is a nice environment. Much better managed than the other big name Manhattan salon in Greenwich. I usually go into Manhattan for a haircut and was hoping to find a skilled stylist in the burbs to cut my hair. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The cut was kind of boring and blah, pretty much what you expect in the suburbs. That being said I did not go to the head stylist. Maybe next time.

I participated in Fekkai’s modeling program a few days ago and wanted to share my experience. My hair had been growing out for about a year and no longer had any style to it. I desperately needed a haircut and I came across their modeling information online. I was thrilled to get my haircut at the salon because it is Frederic Fekkai after all, but I was afraid of going to a new stylist and letting them have creative reign over my hair. I am so glad I let the stylist do what he wanted because it is a gorgeous cut. As a model, you cannot choose who cuts your hair, but I really lucked out with Rabih. He had a vision for what would look best on me and he was absolutely right. The result was a sexy, fun and sophisticated hairstyle.
Alexandre, the creative director, watches over the cutting and blow drying of every model. When Alexandre stepped in to explain some techniques in the blow drying process, I saw a master at his craft. One day I would love to have Alexandre cut my hair.
I posted before and after pictures on my Facebook account and received comments from people I hadn’t heard from in years. My family and friends love my new haircut as much as I do. It is really amazing how a good haircut changes the way you look. This salon definitely exceeded my expectations!
