Ross was amazing for our first time home buying experience. He walked us through the step by step process and was always available to answer any question! He was clear at communicating what documents would be needed and how to obtain those documents.
Over the years we have used Ross’ expertise on many occasions. He has helped us create a portfolio of investment properties. I believe this would not have been possible without him. In today’s market timing is everything. Ross is great at securing rates and managing fast approaching deadlines. He constantly goes above and beyond and is truly there for his clients.

I have used AmeriPro Home Loans twice now. I have also used Adrienne Hart both times. The first time went fine. It was for the purchase of our home. This time, my husband and I are in the process of refinancing our home and decided to use Adrienne again. BIG mistake! I am not sure what has happened in the course of two years since we used her the last time, but I would describe her as extremely disorganized, unassertive, and unresponsive. She promises to return calls and then doesn’t. When confronted, she will say that she spontaneously went on vacation. If you write her an email to call her out on her flaws and demand a solution or response, her response is just not to give you one. Very, very unprofessional. I would caution others, if you are thinking about going with this company, to use someone other than her. Just this morning, she turned the blame on her processors, saying they stink! We have been in this same refi process for over four months now and it is still not complete. I am seriously at my wits end. Do yourself a favor and either go with another company or use someone else within this practice. I see other reviews that highly recommend other mortgage lenders. Maybe this brokerage has some good eggs. Along with the good, there’s always the bad. Adrienne Hart is one of the bad!

Was able to close in the time I wanted and able to get a great rate. Working with Ross was easy and he continually reminded me what I needed to complete and how to do it to make sure everything was done.

I have purchased 3 new homes in the past 15 years, and went through another 3 refinancing situations during that same time. I must say I have Never had the process go so smoothly. From day one Ross made it clear what documents we would need ahead of time, documents we possibly might need and just get them ready and what to expect along the way. Our closing took less than an hour for all paperwork, and the best part there was no issues at closing! After moving into our new home and community we are finding out how lucky we were to have such a great closer. Every one of the 4 neighbors that have moved into our new community had their closings last hours and one almost 10 hours due to issues on the builder paperwork being incorrect. I can remember the 3 weeks prior to closing Ross was on top of them every day and sometimes 2 to 3 times a day requesting paperwork, asking for updates, and finding errors in their paperwork. His persistent and knowledge of the process allowed us to not waste all day eating free cookies and drinking bottles of water at the closing office. Another rare item, he actually shows up at his closings to ensure no issues with his paperwork!
Oh and for those of you thinking we must have paid more or didnt get a great rate… wrong he beat the «Special Financing» the builder had incentives to use and one other broker we reached out to. So if you want Quality work at a great rate and you want to enjoy your closing, choose Ross at Ameripro Home loans you will not be sorry! Thanks Ross for letting us not hate our closing!
