When dealing with any kind of financial decision I think it is best to work with local companies that know the local market. I have been in the mortgage industry nearly 10 years and I have done everything from managing my own office of 30 — 40 loan officers to doing what I am doing now which is just originating mortgages. After graduating from the University of Denver with a double major in IT and Finance I immediately entered into the mortgage industry. I have always consistently been a top producer at the two companies I have worked at since 2004. I have been with Castle & Cooke since August 2009 and I have closed 325 loans for a total of $ 70,410,383. At Castle & Cooke we specialize in purchase and refinance transactions. We are a direct lender of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. With us being a direct lender we originate, process, underwrite, and fund our own loans.
