Meet the Manager

Clemens G.

Manager

Clemens Georg General Manager, Chinook Tavern

Armed with a lifetime of on-the-job training in the bar and restaurant business, a sharp eye for detail and a great sense of humor. Clemens Georg manages the day-to-day operations of the new Chinook Tavern in the Denver Tech Center.

Although born in Jugenheim, Germany, Clemens is very much a Coloradoan, having lived in the state since his family relocated to Colorado when he as 11. When Clemens was 16, he landed his first job as a dishwasher at the Chart House Restaurant in Evergreen, and after attending Heritage High School in Littleton, a 30-year career in the business was underway.

«I am a very social person and I really enjoy the social aspect of the business. I love a good laugh and to be happy. Creating an atmosphere where guests become friends is always in the forefront. The bar and restaurant business promotes that, and it suits me,» Clemens said.
