Established in 2005.

Conspire! evolved from one woman’s commitment to bettering her community by providing a service that would positively impact society by decreasing drug use. Lynette Crow, CEO of Conspire! initially introduced drug screening as an add-​on service in the occupational medicine clinic she managed. In 2004, the workers compensation industry was seeing an increase in claims, and companies were experiencing a negative impact on their bottom line secondary to an increase in injuries and lost time cases. Crow presented drug screening to her companies, suggesting that they provide pre-​employment, post accident, and random screening for safety sensitive positions. Crow believed that when implemented, this policy would deter drug use among employees and reduce their work-​related injuries, and she was right.

Our Denver Tech Office opened in 2010, and is assisting Denver Clients with all their Screening needs.

An award-​winning entrepreneur with over 27 years of business experience, Jerry Cantrell specializes in Drug Testing, DNA and Background Screening Services. He has also worked in Brokering of Nationally Known Franchises and Personal Career Management with an emphasis in sales, sales management and Licensed medical Professionals.

During the past twenty-​seven years Mr. Cantrell has managed several businesses throughout the United States and Canada and recruited and mentored over 1,000 sales people across twenty-​five states. For over a decade Mr. Cantrell worked in the home medical equipment industry, owning and managing the highest per capita sales organization in his industry.
