I have not been very happy with my experience with this clinic. They have very limited hours that they are open, and even when you have a confirmed appointment in which they’ve sent you a reminder, you can get there and their door will be locked with no one there! Talk about a waste of time! I then started making appointments to go to the Aurora location. Because the Greenwood Village location is never open to send my records, I’ve shown up twice at the Aurora location with a confirmed appointment and a reminder sent by them the day before, only to be told they still don’t have my records and they can’t see me! Fine, but don’t send me a reminder, or at the least, call and tell me you’re still waiting on my records! I will never go here again or recommend this place to any one.
