Made an appointment with them for a simple tax return. They called me back a little later to move my appointment around to suit their schedule better — that’s fine.
I showed up today and waited for almost an hour before finally getting frustrated, driving home, and doing my taxes myself in 20 minutes, saving me about $ 120. If you guys want me to pay for your service, treat your customers like their time is valuable, because it is.
Thoroughly displeased, and when tax season rolls around next year I’ll either do them myself again or go somewhere else for help.

I’ve been going to Laura Kay Unruh for about 5 years now. The first year I went, she reviewed my previous two years’ returns and found over $ 3,000 in additional refunds due to my rental property. A couple years later, she really put my mind at ease when I had to deal with the tax ramifications of a short sale property. I would, and do, recommend Laura to anyone who is going to do more than simply take the standard deduction each year.
