Incredible Wine & Spirits

Love this place! Huge selection of wine, hard liquor and beer. They have the cool make your own six pack — we went this weekend and one of the staff guys was super helpful and friendly and made great suggestions for craft beer selections & to top it off they have free popcorn to munch on while you browse! 5 stars all the way!

I could turn this into a long rant about how I thought this sucked and that sucked but i will keep it simple and just stick to the facts.
There selection of wine and spirits I cannot comment on because every time I go in here I head straight for the beer cooler. There selection of beer is pretty decent but it doesn’t make up for the pretentious attitude that most of the employees tend to exude.
I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but in recent months the attitude has been continually heading into the toilet. «Aloof and apathetic» came up in 2 other reviews and i will echo those sentiments as being truthful, a vast majority of the employees could care less about you or how much money your going to spend.
In one of the below reviews the owner or store manager was stating about how his employees were very knowledgeable and possessed «great customer service skills» I completely disagree. While they may be knowledgeable in his eyes, they are not warm or forthcoming.
The only thing Incredible about this place is how big they have gotten for there britches…

As a store, I absolutely love Incredible! They have endless beer, wine and liquor options plus who doesn’t love free popcorn while perusing the hooch? They have a member/​email club that allows you to get a point per dollar spent plus they email you specials they’re having which seems to be every day. It’s connected to Sprouts so it’s a two for one when it comes to running errands.
Unfortunately, the employees are hit or miss. More times than not, they are very aloof and rude, other times they actually smile and want to help you with stuff. It’s really a crapshoot. Regardless, it’s my #1 spot for when I need a bottle or wine or unique beer.

Large store. Great selection. The set up is a bit odd, but it works. A wide variety of wine selections. Good sales and friendly/​helpful staff.

Ahhh… come on. i was just trying to buy some wine for my 90 year old father who
happens to like Carlo Rossi.
but i didn’t need the smug attitude about how they don’t carry jug wine… and the giggles that went along with it …

I think you may be confusing my review with another customer who was drinking many samples. My mother and I had one taste before it became evident that we were being treated differently, being served less in comparison to the others and being ignored so, we left. No laws were even nearing breaking. I wasn’t concerned about the small servings in comparison to everyone else, I was concerned about the fact that no one even made eye contact, nor greeted us nor spoke to us and my mother is darker skinned. Every other white patron was being attended to with polite conversation and a smile. I just want people to know that if you are darker skinned, you may be treated differently at this store.

Came from california to work in colorado found the closest liquor store to la quinta across the highway that i was staying at, bad customer service didnt even let me buy my beer because i was from california or something the dude at the counter looked mad gave me an attitude so i was like nah i just got out of there, went to ⁷⁄₁₁ wasnt expecting much, but way better customer service the dude at the 7 eleven counter even gave me some free cups on the house, visitors/​tourist/​hard working people be wary of coming here.

Based on the name «incredible» and it’s large size, you may have pretty high hopes for this place. I do. Right now it is an unglamorous version of what she could be, because compared to what it used to be, the selection is quite sad. The new management says they are working to rebuild the inventory, and they have been saying it all year, which makes the employees pretty cranky when you ask… Be warned.
I do, however, love this store for what it is. It has free popcorn while you shop. Plenty of employees to help if you need it, a large beer selection, large selection of everything, really.
I want to (and did, for a little while) give it a two star rating, because it HAS gone downhill, crabby help, sometimes not the selection I am hoping for, and the fact that I feel cheap asking for a discount every time I check out (they have lots of specials/​deals and they change daily, but even if you are member you don’t get them unless you ask, which makes me feel cheap). However, it is still light years ahead in terms of many other stores all over the state. The location alone is «incredible», they do have deals. The prices are good. I don’t want anyone to stay away because the last manager couldn’t handle the inventory. I am sure the inventory will get back to «incredible», so in the meantime, just expect «better than most other liquor stores and corner shops»

Holy crap, their inventory has shrunk by at least half. I’d say a business in trouble…

Was a frequent customer here for over a year, then some management change happened and they went to crap. I have asked multiple time for them to get common items in stock, and they simply won’t. Their apathetic attitude has lost my business perminately.

I have been coming here for a long time and always thought that they had a good selection. Not the cheapest but still decent. Today, well not sure I will go back. Went in to get a couple of bottles and there was not a good selection. Went to the Australian aisle and NOTHING. I did find someone and asked is this all they had, his response in a rather short tine «Yes, it is» followed by… crickets! No, is there something you are looking for or can I point you in another direction. Nothing.
So I wonder some other areas and many shelves were on one bottle deep and limited and boxes for the by 12 get two free, which is a little difficult if they have nothing to pic from.
I am not sure what is going on but it seems almost like they are struggling or not getting shipments.
Oh well, guess will have to head to my old store!

Excellent selection and prices! The only problem is that every time I go they seem to be out of the Coppola chardonnay which is an incredible bargain on the $ 10 or less rack. Bummer.

I can’t tell you all my secrets about this place. I love Incredible because they seem like a BevMo in a strip mall but they in fact get supplied with many rare and fine craft beers.
Service here by the beer guys is great. The checkout girls are weird but it makes check out fun. Incredible also sells wine.

This place is awesome! If you are in need of libations (don’t we all?) then this is the place to go! Such a great selection of products and the staff knows all sorts of great in-​depth information. Whether it’s local beers, or international wines, or questions about what sort of liquor to serve… this place has it covered.
They have a great «frequent shopper» program for returning customers & an emailed service that even alerts you to tastings & special discounts. Make this your go-​to shop for all your drink needs!

I’ve been here a few times now and have to say — I’m really happy with this place! The staff is always super friendly and willing to help me find what I’m looking for or make other suggestions.
They have a pretty extensive selection of beer, liquor, and Italian wine. I know that last bit sounds random, but they seriously have a ton of Italian wine. They don’t always have exactly what I’m looking for wine wise, but I’m usually willing to try something new and haven’t been disappointed thus far. And trying something new is never a bad thing anyway, right?
I haven’t purchased beer here yet, so I can’t vouch for the prices, but after doing a few once overs, they seem to have all my favorite microbrews and California faves. This would definitely be a great place to stock up since most of them come in 12 packs!
Also, join their club — the infrequent marketing emails are well worth the savings!

Heard about their LaCrema wine sale for $ 11.99 and headed to the store. The sales clerk was very nice and confirmed it in the system. When I checked out, the bottles were ringing up as $ 17.99. The sales clerk got the manager to verify, she took a minute, came back and said she could not honor that price, «I can’t just give it away». Even though the system was saying the sale was still in effect the manager chose not to honor the price. I walked away empty handed.
UPDATE**. Kayla, the manager, contacted me right away to rectify the situation. Not only did she honor the price, she went above and beyond to make me happy. Very glad to have good sales clerks, but to have a manager who cares about her customers makes me want to go back. Thanks, Kayla for the wonderful customer service!

Incredible Wine and Spirits is certainly convenient. They have recently expanded, and the place is quite large.
The prices are on par with most other liquor stores and until Colorado stops screwing customers (by not letting Wal-​Mart, Sams Club, etc carry liquor)…I can’t say you should go elsewhere.
The store is built into the sprouts (a grocery store), hence the convenience of passing between the two stores quite easily.
I’ve found mixed reactions from the staff, like shopping for electronics at best buy. They don’t seem into beer (no clue about Paradox brewing for example) and when my wife asked for an unfiltered sake they just said «what does that mean» no one in the store knew.
Like many local liquor stores, you need to be a «member» kind of like those loyalty cards at stores. Free to join.. .and get discounts.
So.. .decent store. Decent selection. Won’t blow you away with service or knowledge or depth of selection.

If I need a liquor store close to my job, this is where I go! Definitely one of the top three liquor stores in Denver (yes, I said it). Their staff is knowledgeable, they are willing to help out at any time, the store is well organized (a little cramped, but I heard they are expanding), and most of all, their prices are GREAT.
They have a loyalty program that pays off if you shop here consistently, the only bad thing is, if you purchase something that is on sale, you don’t get your loyalty credits (which is weird)
All of the above criteria meets my needs — oh yeah, liquor makes me happy!

I really like Incredible Wine & Spirits. This shop is collocated with Sprouts on Arapahoe & Yosemite, with the parking lot being the only drawback.
Their wine selection is extensive, and well priced, and advice is always forthcoming. On the brew side, they also have a wide variety of Colorado craft brews to peruse. One nice feature is a walk-​in cooler with a nice collection of chilled whites & sparkling options. Occasionally they host tastings; I’d love them to ramp up the social media options so I can be better informed about events.
It’s worth the slightly distant ride from my abode.
