Craig and his team made it SO EASY for us to get into our new home. We had been moving from apartment to apartment rent hopping for the two years since we moved here from out of state and were getting discouraged on our home search on our own. We reached out to Craig via a link on a website regarding one of the homes we wanted to tour.
From the moment we met, he was down to earth, personable and realistic. He asked us all the right questions to better understand our needs and what we wanted and then gave us the insight on the Denver market.
Not too long after, we came across a listing that met all of those needs and within less than 24 hours after it went on the market, Craig closed the sale for us! We moved in a month later. With both my boyfriend and I working time-​intensive jobs, sometimes it was hard for his team to connect with us live but they were always a phone call or email away making sure we had the right paperwork in on the right dates to meet our closing date. They were professional and friendly and just plain nice to work with! Thank you Craig and team, we will go with you for our next home and beyond and happy to recommend you to others.

Bank of America was nothing short of a nightmare. We had no choice but to enter into a short sale, and utilized the services of another realtor where a friend worked. That was a bad decision, since that friend did not know how do do short sales. We terminated our relationship with the realtor, and despite a rocky start, the people at Madlom dealt with all of the issues professionally and it a timely manner. They were a big help in ending this unpleasant period in our lives. I highly recommend them!

in a hot real estate market, they generated not one showing in the
3 weeks our house was on the market. the eventual buyer was one
that i sent them ! also, their office staff made several mistakes that we had to correct. when i tried to contact the owner, chad madlom, to complain, christy (staff member) was insistent in discouraging my call. however, he did return my call and was very courteous &

Shawn Salvato was a life saver for my fiancé and I. Our home purchase was a very complicated one due to our pickiness, a difficult market for buyers, and a 1031 exchange, but she made the process as easy and smooth as possible.
Shawn helped us find our dream home and did an expert job negotiating the deal, even saving us from a potential nightmare by insisting we get a sewer scope on the property. When a major issue was identified, she helped us get fair resolution from the sellers.
Shawn is knowledgeable and experienced, is very responsive and easy to get a hold of, was happy to answer any questions and/​or seek answers from other parties, and is friendly and fun to work with. I recommend her to anyone I know who needs a real estate agent in Denver.

We called Madlom Real Estate to help us with selling and buying our home. From our first interaction with Dan Jacobs, the process was very smooth and professional. We had a full price offer in a very short time, and Dan helped us with the buying process. In order to keep the process moving along, we had the help of Tim Gibbs for the closing. Tim was very patient and helped us through two closings in one day including one that took over three hours due to an error with the bank.

My real estate agent Michelle Barber-​Saxton is the best real estate agent in the Denver metro area, Their title company is fabulous. I had a very difficult sale and Madlom was behind me the entire time. If you want the best customer service, the top dollar for your home and the quickest sale this is the company.
