Stopped by around 5:45 on a Wed night. This place is very disorganized. Staff seem undertrained and confused. Slow service. I am giving it 2 stars because the staff apologized for the wait to everyone.

I absolute LOVE papa murphys. My boyfriend and I get their pizzas at least once a week. However, this location is so terrible! The customer service is terrible, and the pizzas aren’t as on point as other locations. A bunch of high schoolers who are probably forced to work there work at this location. They never answer their phone so don’t even try. I’m so disappointed in papa murphys for having such terrible staff at this location.

I called in an order and when I got to the store I had to correct the order because the got the order wrong. After standing there with two employees for 5 minutes while they try to get the order in the computer. After all that I had to wait even longer so they could make the right pizza. Well they didn’t make it right they put toppings on there that I asked for them to not be on there three times. Usually like the place but not today.

I have been going to this location for over 2 years and love their pizzas! The staff has been friendly and has always greeted me with a smile and upbeat attitude. When they have made a mistake on the order, they have apologized, offered a discount and even remade the pizza the way I like it! I have never experienced any negative attitude from the staff here. When I come in when it is busy, I expect that the wait will be longer than usual, just like it is at any fast food or sit down restaurant. Who hasn’t had to wait or drive forward at McDonalds or Taco Bell when it’s busy? I have found the wait is worth it at Papa Murphy’s because their pizzas are tasty and I especially like the thin-crust!

This particular location is run by hopeless 12 year olds. Find another location. Otherwise, pizza is good.

Always a great place to go for $ 10 pizza on Tuesdays! Even though they messed up my order last Tuesday, they did their best. Kudos for expediting the correct pie during dinner rush hour. The kids who answer the phones sound like they don’t give a shit about their jobs so that could explain the first part of messing up my order. Regardless, a simple mistake like that won’t keep me away from yummy pizza each week. If you hang around long enough while waiting for your order, they talk all sorts of crap about people after they leave. It’s like a barbershop but with pizza. haha!

For Take and Bake Pizza, this is my favorite location and the pizza, once baked, is delicious!

I know, 5 stars on a chain? Yes! And here’s why: Called in and ordered 6 pizzas on New Year’s Eve; I was even ok with the up-sell from a medium to a large for a dollar more. The pizzas were ready when I arrived at the store and they were all correct. They took the time to show me each one. Then, I brought in some coupons I’d printed from online, and they applied them to save me the most money($ 11 or so). But the real reason for the 5 stars was the service I received overall. There were 3 or 4 teens working and those kids were incredible workers! They greeted me when I arrived, they were polite and mature, and even offered to help me carry all my pizzas to my car(they were heavy!). I really appreciate a business who can have well-trained and mature staff running their store.

My keys to going to Papa Murphy 1) always get at lease $ 2.00 off. I mean seriously, what are you stupid to pay their street rates? just pull up the coupons from their site at the very least 2) obey the instructions on the paper for thin, ultra thin, or stuffed 3) don’t expect a really healthy pizza. Still very sodium heavy/etc Yet there are so MANY horrible pizza places in Denver. As long as you have an oven, this place will fit the bill. We use it at least once a week.

My first visit and the staff was very friendly and helped me understand what it’s all about. Great concept — they prep the pizza the way you want it and you get to take it home and bake it the way you want it. The desserts look yummy — esp the smores pizza. Cooking it now and will get back on how it goes. Update — Ok, yea, this is some really good pizza. Cooks up great on the included plate. I can never go back to any other pizza. And it’s great to cook it at home and have it fresh from the oven.

Good pizza. Love the almost non-existent crust.

OK, normally my last review pretty accurately describes Papa Murphy’s. However, I had their Combo Magnifico today and WOW!!! I think it was the best major chain pizza I’ve had, and I’ve done them all. Pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, assortment of onions, Parmesan… what’s not to love? And I’ve concluded that between original, Delite, and stuffed crusts that the original is supreme. Great balance between crispy and density. Not sure if this pizza will be added to the regular menu, but if it’s not, ask them to make it for you — you’ll be happy you did. Service this time around was stellar as usual. Also, forgot to mention last time that PM does a stamp card. Buy 12, get a free pizza. And they have promos where they’ll give you extra stamps.

Stopped here to grab a pizza for dinner the other night. Papa Murphy’s is another place where they’re pretty much all the same. This one was empty when I went in, so I didn’t have to wait in a line, the employees all looked like highschool/college age and were pretty freindly. They were working on some call-in orders, but got to mine pretty fast. Pizza was good, and I didn’t have to cook dinner… so it worked for me!

We are regulars at Papa Murphy’s and most recently had a regular crust pizza this last Friday. We love the option for a very reasonably priced pizza that we can enjoy hot out of the oven. You can’t enjoy takeout or delivery nearly so fresh. The flexibility to pick up on our way home from anywhere and cook it when we’re ready is perfect. Their regular crust is good, although I have come to find it too doughy after buying the delite for so long. I am not usually a fan of thin crust pizza, but I LOVE theirs. It has enough flavor and bakes to a perfect crisp crust. Their dessert cinnamon pizza is DELISH also. We have tried the s’mores(new) one and it is good, but not our favorite at all. The cheese sticks are great too, if you want a little more for a larger group but not another pizza. The staff at this location are quick and generally friendly as well. We can always get in and out very quickly, even on Friday evenings!

Writing a review at the request of my wife. I really should get her to start Unilocaling on her own. The night before we celebrated Christmas with family(we celebrated on Christmas Eve) we were preparing the food for Christmas dinner and wanted something simple so we didn’t have to prepare 2 meals in the kitchen at the same time. We thought about pizza delivery but figured we would just order Papa Murphys and cook it at home. It had been a while since we had Papa Murphys. They had some pretty reasonable specials so we ended up paying under $ 22 for 3 large pizzas. The staff was very helpful answering all her questions and making suggestions, so much so, she felt they went way out of their way. If you don’t mind baking your own, Papa Murphys is a great alternative to delivery, or take out. The pizza is very good and reasonably priced.
