refresh Hair, Nails & Wine

I made an appointment at 12:15 for a gel mani. Got there at 12:10. Took about 5 minutes to pick out my color and was seated & told that I’d be helped shortly. I waited for about 15 minutes (and typically it honestly wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t have to be somewhere after) I truly am not one to complain or make a big deal about little things.
What really upset me was that a lady walked in about 15 minutes after me and sat right down and was helped IMMEDIATELY. She IMMEDIATELY started taking her polish off and what not while I was still sitting there waiting to get helped/​started. She may have had an appointment, seemed like a regular, but I ALSO made an appointment.
Seems like they were understaffed but your customers should never have to pay for that problem. Don’t say that you have availability at 12:15 if I wasn’t going to even get someone to start with me at 12:30. What is the point of even scheduling an appointment at an allotted time then?
The girls were all very nice, it looks sanitary and clean in there, but scheduling is clearly an issue. Don’t make your customers feel like they have to pay for your unreliable staff.

This place is terrible! It’s now called «Refresh» hahahahaha… Yikes! Reminds me of a cheesy car dealership or furniture store that «goes out of business» every year only to come back as the same crappy place with a new name. I know they have definitely not refreshed their greedy ways. I have a gift card from when they were still called «Fresh» that they will not allow me to use although it is the same owners. Since the first time I went into this place, I always got the feeling of something shady hidden below the pretty surface.

awesome I could not be more pleased with the quality and service here. I had a membership at fresh in cherry creek before so I am familiar with the type of product however I think the greenwood village location… now called Refresh… Exceeded all of my expectations. Patty was professional and gave me a terrific manicure… aqua shellac… and Brittany gave me feet a beautiful pedicure. I am beyond happy with the quality here and signed on for a membership. I live in Stapleton but it is worth the drive and larkburger lunch. Thank you ladies!

I’ve been coming here every two– weeks since I moved here in August and I’ve never left dissatisfied. I always try to make my appointments with Christine: she’s amazing! She’s meticulous, and seriously gives me the best pedicures I’ve ever had! But, I have seen Patti & Brittany and they are both also phenomenal. If you get mani’s on the regular their membership is great. Oh and I can’t forget the fact they have a great wine selection for you to sip on while you’re getting pampered.

We just had my daughter’s 9^th birthday party at Fresh Nails. They were wonderful! They set aside the whole salon, and made my daughter and her friends feel so special. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the salon is so clean and fresh, they served us cupcakes and wine (for me :)), and the staff treated the girls so nicely. I was really touched. We would definitely come back!

This was my first visit and I have to say I left impressed! The interior is clean, modern, and comfortable. Much higher-​end that other nail salons. The offered my a drink – wine/​beer/​sparkling water, and had paper/​digital magazines/​on-​screen movie. I also liked that it was next to a Starbucks so I could truly treat myself! The nail polishes offered were higher end – i.e. toxin free or shellac. It was the first salon I’ve been to in DTC where I could converse with the person providing the service. Overall, I got a great pedicure and I’ll be back!

Let me start by saying, Christine is great. I think she really cares about her clients and, although our use of «hot tools» wasn’t the most successful this time, I think she generally does a terrific and thorough job.
I’ve been coming to this and the salon in Cherry Creek since December. I’ve brought other friends there and have given them a lot of business outside of my membership. I tried to suspend my membership for the summer because I’m going out of town a bunch and didn’t want to pay $ 35/​month for services I’m not going to use. When I gave the requisite 30 days notice, I was told I could come in and use my final (already paid for) credit before the 30^th. When I went in today, the manager (?) first told me that the credit didn’t exist after the membership was cancelled (didn’t massage envy just settle a big class action about this???) and when I pushed back told me there was a $ 10 «rollover» fee and a $ 10 fee for them using a straight iron on my hair. She told me that it would «usually be $ 45» and when she presented me with my check for $ 20 on top of the $ 35 I had already paid.
This sort of nickle and diming is so short sited and just bugs me. Unfortunately what was going to be a suspension of my membership will now just be a cancellation. This place is what it is, but the membership thing is bs.

Horrible cost and quality. A simple mani-​pedi costs $ 65 (with a new customer discount) and took almost 2 hrs! Manicures and pedicures do not come as a single service and cost $ 80 without a new customer or monthly membership. Absolutely overpriced for both the time and quality of the services. A great place to go if you would like to throw away both your time and money on quality a 10yr old could produce. I left late for my appointment, with wet nails and am dissatisfied with the quality. Don’t waste your time or money here. Such a shame as they have such a great location.

I love this place! I have been going to them for over a year and started a membership some time ago. I find the membership to be a great value, I believe it’s about $ 35/​month and it is definitely worth it if you end up getting a blow-​out or your nails done at least once per month. I gotta say I love the staff! They are kind, personable, and always happy to see me. I highly recommend Sadaco for nails as well as Brittani — they both are great and pay attention to detail!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!
I went to Fresh last night with my daughter. We both got mani/​pedis. It was absolutely fantastic — absolutely worth every penny. We were attended to by no less than 3 different ladies who absolutely pampered us. My technician took a long time to help my feet (w/​ingrown nails, etc.) and gave me a gel manicure and created a neutral color that is exactly what I wanted. They gave my daughter a cupcake and had the movie Click playing on a flat screen tv.
We were both in heaven and I have decided I am going back a million more times. In fact, my daughter really wanted to get her hair styled (she’s 10), so that will probably be our next appointment. You will NOT be disappointed.

Ella and Amy are both great! My pedicures last a long time and the color selections are great. And who doesn’t love a glass of wine with a foot massage?

Love, love it here! The pedicures are awesome and they have a monthly membership program that’s very reasonable too! And of course the staff are wonderful and very gracious.

Amy is fantastic with Mani/​Pedis! She is very talented and detailed! My nails last longer when she does them and I so appreciate her!
Only rated a four because the service at the front desk is sometimes snobby.

I really like Fresh. My wife suggested trying it.
I find it friendly and Amy is a talented petticurist who keeps my toenails in their proper groove.
I have said goodbye to ingrown nails.
You should consider a wax for nose hairs– the best way to manage them.

I went to Fresh yesterday evening for the first time. I won’t be going back.
My nail tech (I think her name is Rita) seemed harsh and uncaring. I do not like for my cuticles to be cut. Rita proceeded to ask me why and said she couldn’t paint my nails well if she didn’t cut the cuticles. She said she’d do it when I wasn’t looking. She did end up listening to me after pushing the issue, but I definitely kept an eye on her! She spent a very short time with me, did not make conversation, and left the manicure area right after she was finished. She didn’t do a very good job on my nails either. I gave her a tip just because I’m a nice person, but really, she did not deserve one.
On the positive side, I really liked the nail tech who gave my two girlfriends manicures. I don’t recall her name, but she has long blonde hair and shared with us that she’s a vegetarian. She seemed very attentive and caring. I would highly recommend her.
In my opinion, this place is way overpriced.

Save your money…
The place has great atmosphere. I’ve had three or four mani/pedi’s here and none of them spectacular. I am always picking polish off my cuticles and smoothing rough edges afterwards. The polish color choices are very limited also. And its VERY pricey for the quality.
I did the membership and the «rewards» don’t roll over. It’s a use it or lose it, which is unheard of. And a rip off. Especially considering you have to call and make an appt days in advance. I can’t even get an appointment when I call 24 hours ahead. Sorry, my life just doesn’t work that way. I canceled my membership (had to pay an extra month, natch) and I won’t be returning

Great atmosphere… just wish the service, professionalism and hygiene were better.
I bought a membership, but cancelled it after my second visit (yet will still be paying for it next month as they have a 30 day cancellation policy).
I had one manicure and one pedicure, and was cut both times by two different technicians during cuticle trimming. My nails were also trimmed unevenly.
Last time I walked into the salon, one of the technicians was flossing her teeth with a string, threw the string in the trash, and then proceeded to go over and pick up nail polish bottles from the shelf, yuck!
So disappointing, I really wanted to like this place!

Love Fresh and the outstanding customer service this posh salon provides. Marie Chavez, my wonderful manicurist, is professional, kind & talented – She has given new life to my once weak, brittle and damaged nails. Marie and her colleagues are always accommodating as they pamper their clients. They provide excellent manicures, pedicures, blow-​outs, waxing, etc., in a pristine environment.
If you are looking for a beautiful manicure, which will last well over two weeks, book an appointment for a non-​damaging gel manicure with the expert, Marie – she is a creative genius who will not disappoint.

Came today for a mani/​pedi and really enjoyed my time. Parking is ample and the décor is modern and very clean. Staff were all super friendly and they have a wide variety of services available.
Nail polish choices are ample and all bottles looked to be full. I loved the sparkle choices and had a hard time making up my mind.
I’m super pleased with the results and I think this is the first manicure I’ve had that I haven’t immediately smudged or scratched. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or suggest this location as pricing is reasonable and service was wonderful!

Debora O. is about the biggest bag of hot air I have ever read. I go to Fresh weekly and it is about the best salon I have eve been. Ella is my girlfriends favorite and takes such good care of us. Debora is just mad at the world per feedback from Fresh Staff and needs to not be so high maintenance. Lady stick to your place and don’t ruin a great edition to the DTC.
