A huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders, all due to the stellar guidance and support provided by Doug and Melisa. Not only did they have to deal with owners who were out of state, they also had to handle two extremely obstinate tenants, who were not inclined to help once the house hit the market.
Doug and Melisa stuck with us through what could have easily devolved into the worst home-​selling scenario ever, while making the process a little less stressful for us. It couldn’t have been easy for them to have to hold our hands throughout the process, but they stepped in to act as our in-​state representatives, and helped to ensure that the sale went through smoothly, all while keeping an eye on our interests.
To say that they «went above and beyond» is a bit cliché, but it’s so true. It’s only because of Doug and Melisa’s persistence and dedication to getting our house sold that we were able to close quickly. Now we can finally cut our financial ties to a house we’ve longed to get rid of, and focus on writing the next chapter of our lives.

I cannot say enough great things about Doug and the entire Wise Listing System team.
