Associated

This grocery store had been opening soon for the longest time. I was so glad when it finally did. It’s actually a proper grocery-​store that has a solid, reliable selection. There are not many options within walking distance in the South Slope area that are not either very overpriced, or have a very meager and unreliable selection. I have not bought anything spoiled here, which is more than I can say from my experiences at other nearby grocery stores.
While some of the products at this Associated seem somewhat overpriced, particularly when it comes to organic and specialty items, relative to other options around these items are actually fairly well priced. My favorite yoghurt costs 25% more at another grocery store nearby.
I can finally plan a meal without needing to go to two or three stores in the hope of finding the necessary, fresh ingredients. I hope this place keeps up with delivering quality products, does well and sticks around.
