She doesn’t even deserve a star, but Unilocal won’t let me use zero stars. It took us almost 6 months to complete a simple child support modification. Heather does not return phone calls or emails, and many times her voicemail box was full, so you couldn’t even leave a message. I also got a lot of excuses from her — she was sick, her kids were sick, she was on vacation, etc. We overpaid child support for six months because she was so slow. When we finally received the final documents, the cover letter she sent said that the «pending matters are not concluded». When I called to find out what was still not concluded, I was told that this was a typo, and it should have read that the «pending matters are now concluded.» Really? Can’t even proofread a cover letter?

I would give her 0 stars if I could. This person does a horrible job of even the most basic tasks. She drags her feet and cannot even respond to email, ever. What a waste. The whole of my confidence in her ability hangs on the delivery confirmation page from a fax machine. That should tell you something. Good riddance.
