Point Blank Range & Gun Shop

Excellent Staff, just great!
I have been to other gun ranges where they make it an issue to even ask them questions, they get confrontational or just don’t care to answer you.
Not at point blank, I have been there 3 times and have always had a great experience, very knowledgeable staff and this is basically GUN HEAVEN.
The range is a plus! I love this range!

I’ve never been shooting at an indoor range before, but my father wanted to shoot with my brother-​in-​law and me for his birthday.
We had reservations for three lanes, but were informed when we got there that only VIP members can make reservations. And the staff seemed a little uninformed or at the very least disinterested with guests’ questions about getting lanes and guns.
All that being said, they have a really well maintained facility and a wide selection. I would come back when it’s time to purchase, but I would bring my own panel of experts.

My husband and I have visited the range several time. He had a VIP pass that he was gifted for three months. It was great because we could shoot for free. The staff is always friendly and it clean. It’s a great place on the south side.

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The prices are not too bad for the range and rentals. The prices on the guns are pretty competitive. I would highly recommend the VIP pass if you like to shoot often. With the pass you can go in get a lane and even rent a gun for free (after you buy the pass) as often as you want to with the pass. All you will have to pay for is your ammo. Great place for a date too. My wife and I have been several times.

I’ll never visit the range again. These assholes preach safety, yet you’ve got kids everywhere in the range, people everywhere in the range. Guys sweeping the range with the barrel of their gun and not a word said yet they kick people out over what they thought was a gun pointed at the range guy even after realizing it really was pointed at the wall. If you’re gonna pay attention, then pay attention to everything not just half of it. There’s a way to resolve a situation without talking to people like they’re below you.
You’ve got 20 people working, half of them trying to look busy and one Barney on the range pretending to know what he’s doing. If you’re gonna check one person, check them all. If you’re gonna preach gun safety then pay attention to all of it. I didn’t feel safe, and haven’t felt safe in that range the last two times I was there. The guys are too busier watching what type of guns people are shooting and sweeping up used ammo, than focusing on safety. People running around that place everywhere.

We just discovered this indoor shooting range a few weeks ago.
It was a welcome and cool surprise to know that it is located so close to where I reside.
We spent an hour there, and decided to get a monthly pass /​membership. We will see how it goes.
The place is well kept, and the staff is generally helpful.

I really can’t say enough good things about Point Blank. The people working there are knowledgeable and in the one instance the person I was speaking to didn’t know the answer to my question they quickly found someone who did. The store has a nice selection of firearms for sale as well as a nice array for rent on their range. They have has some nice sales and generally decent prices. The range is clean and nice, although quite busy on weekends. I’d recommend this store to both novice and seasoned shooters alike.

This location excels in customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this Point Blank location. The staff is so patient and friendly. The environment is well lit and very clean! Thank you Point Blank for coming to Greenwood!
