History

Established in 2008.

Dr. Davis’ Why: Prior to opening her own practice in 2008, Dr. Kristin Davis worked in ENT, hospital, and non-​profit audiology clinic settings. She had a vision to develop the best hearing healthcare with a complete patient-​centered focus. Her passion for seeing patient’s joy when they treated their hearing concerns and having the time to do so motivated her to start her own practice– Davis Audiology– the only independent full-​service private audiology practice in the Upstate.

Dr. Tarvin’s Why: Losing her grandfather in 2006 to Alzheimer’s Disease and watching his untreated hearing loss play a role in his withdrawal, Dr. Alexandra Tarvin wanted to keep people engaged with their family and friends as long as possible. This inspired her to pursue neuroscience leading her to audiology.

Business Owner

Dr. Kristin Davis is originally from North, S.C., and she has been in the audiology profession for over 18 years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of South Carolina and her Master’s in Audiology from Memphis State University. Dr. Davis later obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and past President of the SC Academy of Audiology. Dr. Davis is also a member of the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce and the Upstate Senior Network.

By combining her extensive training and experience with her small town roots and values, Dr. Davis’ patients receive the highest quality and most accessible hearing healthcare in the Upstate!

Dr. Davis lives in Greenville with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys free time with her family, biking, hiking, volunteer work and keeping up with her children’s athletics.
