Tadpole offers a variety of seafood. We have Grouper, Cod, Perch, Catfish, Fresh Rainbow Trout, Shrimp Scampi, Calabash Shrimp, Crab Legs, Fantail Shrimp, Cajun Crusted Talapia, Whole Flounder and many more! Tadpole has many other SC favorites like Calabash Chicken, Sirloin Tips, Hamburger Steaks, Cheeseburgers, Chicken Livers, we even have Frog Legs. We are famous for our STEWS. Oyster Stew, Chicken Stew & Catfish Stew and we believe in large portions at a good price.
History
Established in 1978.
Tadpole Fish Camp was started in 1978 by G. B and Blanche Lloyd. In 1980 they hired Jimmy Tallent. Jimmy immediately made Tadpole his first priority, working all the time. He soon became the manager, and they taught him all about the business. When G. B and Blanche were ready to retire, they knew Jimmy would be the perfect person to buy the Tadpole from them, so in 1997 the Tadpole was officially bought by Jimmy!

Business Owner
Jimmy has owned the Tadpole since 1997, and worked there since 1980. He knows every detail of the seafood business. Jimmy is usually working, but when he has time he loves to play golf, and go to the beach!
