Quality of glass is very low. I bough a bong and nectar collector and both broke within the first 4 days of owning them. When I took them back dude said I’m shit out of luck. Thanks for your great customer service. Will not be stopping by ever again. Neither will my friends.

My friend and I were driving around Gresham looking for a glass shop and ended up here.
Good selection of glass. Got what I came in for. They also have a large selection of cigars and other smoking stuffs.
If I’m in Gresham looking for glass again, I know where to go.

I wanted to like this place. They have a great glass selection… But that’s as far as it goes. I went in to buy a pen setup for wax and concentrates, and the guy was very eager to help and really seemed to love his job. Well, after 2 returns within 48 hours for faulty equipment, I gave up. They sell cheap Chinese coils with silica rope in the element, and they also markup horribly. I had since went back for other things, and that is when I saw the case of crap they peddle. The fake pot, bath salts, «ecstasy»… All of that shit. I refuse to do business with anybody who is peddling this shit that’s killing people like flies.
To the owners: How do you sleep at night?

I love this shop! They have the best service and best price available. Also a huge, well organized selection.

I bought Mechanical tube mod vape pen from here for 80 bucks and they didn’t know anything about it. I asked them to explain why it tasted burnt everytime I used the vape. They were very unknowledgable about their product. The next day I went to another store and they tried a new battery because mine wasn’t working. It shorted two batteries and would not work. I had to buy a new one from the other store because they do not do refunds. I would recommend another place to go for vape accessories.

So first the good.
1. Great selection of products and styles in vapes, glass, etc.
2. Decent amount of parking out front.
Now the bad.
1. Much of the staff is completely ill informed about vape products and equipment.
2. Their prices are ridiculous. I mean astronomical compared to many shops. I can get most everything they sell there for 25% less at other vape or glass shops.
3. Their house vape liquid called «Hawaii Vape» is some of the most disgusting E Juice I have ever tried. Beware before you buy.
So if you are okay paying 25% more than any other average head shop this is the place for you. If you want to save some money and not pay top dollar for the same products sold cheaper elsewhere then do not shop here.

I am kind of in shock as I write this. As I am not used to be being so rudely dealt with by a business owner. I drove from Sandy out to this shop because I was out of coils for my vapor pen. I paid $ 15 for a 5 pack. Which I thought was a bit expensive, but I was out and was happy they had them in stock. I brought in the pen I told them the tank was a TS3 so I was certain they were giving me the right coils. They said best to buy 1.8. ohms Fine took them at their word. Came home screwed it into my pen took one drag and it burnt out immediately! I mean immediately. So I called them and pleasantly explained what happened figuring they would apologize and tell me I could bring in the remaining coils in for an exchange. However a very rude individual told me all sales were final. He said just open another one. Like another one is going to be okay now. Obviously you sold me the wrong ones!!! I said you mean even though it was your error selling me the wrong coils I am just stuck with them and you won’t exchange them? and he said thats right! and hung up on me! He acted gleeful that he had sold me the wrong thing and I was screwed. WOW! I will never give them another dime of my money. I sure wouldn’t suggest anyone else does either. They are rude and they don’t stand behind anything.
