AT&T

Great customer service, never had a problem that couldn’t be resolved. The employees are nice and friendly and walk up to you at soon as you enter the door.

This was the most frustrating visit ever, we had a long list of things we tried to get done in a timely manor, our stay was over 2 and a half hours. I am still sitting here, watching as the customer service is jumping around being rowdy, while the most in experienced helper tries to assist us. I never want to return to this store, and when I finally do switch. I will never return here. Through off my whole day, and watched 4 couples leave before us. Please pay more attention to your customers time. They do not want to sit around and hang out with you, they want their phones and lines adjusted and they want to leave. So please. Stfu, help your customers, and let me leave. Thank you.

Great service! I was having problems with my phone and debating just upgrading to a new phone. Manny was very helpful not pressuring me into spending money on a new phone but fixed my phone and showed me a few things to make it work faster. Thank you!

Went here to upgrade 3 lines to a new phone. Met with a «customer service rep» named C… She attempted to sell us the Next program very hard. After my fiancé and I discussed it and ran the numbers ourselves we decided we wanted to stick to a 2year contract. As soon as we told C that we didn’t want the Next program she snickered out loud and asked why. When I explained the math to her she attempted to make me feel dumb. I told her that we don’t want to discuss it anymore and just give us what we want, she called her manager over because it’s «policy» to do that when customers are using something that will cost them more money. I told the manager to not bother try to sell us the Next and just gives us what we want, and he asked to show him the math, which I did. At this point both became so rude that we got up and just left, but not without the manager having to have the last word as we walked out. The Next program works great for some, but for us it would have been more costly, by over a thousand dollars. These employees are super arrogant and unfriendly. Avoid this store at all cost.

I got there at 3 left at 7. Workers don’t know what they are doing!!! They tried to renew my plan since att bought cricket, since they use SIM cards now. They couldn’t get the phone to work with the SIM card. They made me upgrade my phone to the new software and made me delete half my information to fit in the phone. They ended up telling me that I need to go to apple to fix the problem. Didn’t have service for 2 days!!! Worst experience ever!!! The only thing they know what to is take your monthly payments!!!

I’m going to have to disagree with the other reviewer there. I frequent this store all the time and they are always helpful and there when you need them. I was there at the 2^nd iPhone 4 launch and it couldn’t have gone more smooth. I had a billing issue and they promptly fixed it and sent me off feeling like I was an appreciated customer. As for AT&T as a service, well that’s another story but for this store…2 thumbs up. And there is a very cute girl that works there but she’s married. :)
