Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place. I have lived in Boston, NYC and Seattle and have been to many different nail salons.
And I had the best pedicure of my life by Houng. She was very thorough yet relaxing. Her massage was great! I fell asleep with a vacuum on and women talking next to me.

Very clean spa with awesome massage chairs for pedicures. They did a great job and used the «cheese grater» scrub which is so nice to get all the dead skin off. The paraffin wax and hot stone massage was nice with the pedicure. I will come back!

I was a loyal customer at a different salon for 5+ years… After their change of technicians, I decided to try somewhere else — and I am beyond thankful I did. Bells nails is a great environment, respectful technicians, and they have excelled at all of my custom nail design ideas.

I came in for a shellac mani and pedi today based off the Unilocal reviews. I am so glad I did! Fabulous job for the same price of other places that didn’t do as well. I will definitely be coming back!

They are amazing ! Found my new place to go get spoiled. They are gentle, precise, caring and willing to try new designs. Got a manicure and deluxe pedi.

I came in on Mother’s Day to treat myself to a manicure, and they were packed! I had already saw the reviews here on Unilocal so I patiently waited my turn (about 15 minutes). It was worth the wait! They have the most shellac colors I have ever seen in a nail salon! The gal that did my nails was very gentle and attentive. Every time I looked at my nails she asked if there was a problem. She made sure I checked her filing work and applied corrections as needed. I’ve had some poor experiences in the past with being nicked by the cuticle cutters or scraped by the nail file, but she was very gentle and I appreciated that. I rarely get my nails done, and I’m also a bit of a penny pincher, but $ 25 for a shellac manicure and the service I received was well worth it! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to everyone in the area!

I called Bells nails today around 2:15 to ask about the price of a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure, I was told that it was $ 25 for each. That’s a great price so I made an appointment. I arrived early and waited for quite a while. I left to get a drink and came back and they were ready for me. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure and she said a regular pedicure? I said «no shellac pedicure, like I said on the phone.» She said that that would be $ 12 extra to which I replied that is why I called and asked how much a shellac pedicure was going to be. I don’t like feeling like I’m being ripped off and I will not be getting my nails done at Bell’s nails again.

These ladies are awesome! The best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done, I’ll deffinatly be back!

They all were very welcoming & they made me feel as comfortable as possible from the moment i walked thru the door, I was give a very comfortable seat & a Bottle of water. I am very particular about how my nails are treated and they did an outstanding job, they also wanted to make sure thru the whole process, if I truly like my nails & they paid attention to all of my requests, & when I showed them a picture of what I wanted they matched it as close as they possible could. They the whole time I was they I laughed and smiled, and had the best time! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I was over all very pleased with my experience with them & will be going back for sure.
They were also very reasonably priced

I love this salon. They’re my go-​to for everything. Even when they’re busy you’re always greeted with a smile! Which is important, and rarely happens nowadays.
Sometimes if I’m in a hurry I’ll go to a different salon for a quick fill, but I’m never satisfied unless Bells does it. I will honestly go back to them and say «help me!»
What can I say, I enjoy perfection. And they are always on point!
Attention to detail is amazing, environment is great, and prices are very reasonable.

Saw the reviews on Unilocal and was in search for a permanent nail salon to go to. I called to schedule an appt on a Thursday at 2:40, asked for Hannah but she wasn’t working. So I ended up with Rosie, the second nail tech that’s requested a lot. Let me just say I will be back! She did a beautiful job!!! My appt was on time, maybe just because it was a weekday in the afternoon? I will see if they meet my high expectations next time! There were a few walk in people that were waiting for a while, so I’m glad I made an appt. They offered me a water bottle which was also a nice touch! Can’t wait to go back! Already referring family and friends!

Let me start by saying I did not have a service done here. I saw the picture of the chrome nails and went in to see if they could do them for me and they said they couldn’t. They were very friendly and the salon was very clean but i’m a little disappointed.

I have been going to bell nail for 5 years now. They are always accommodating and so friendly! Their pedicures are the best for the $$$. And Hanna is the best. I’m very specific about my nails and she exceeded my expectations every time!!! I would highly recommend. Just make sure you can in advance for a apt! It’s the best way to avoid a wait. They are busy women keep in mind I drive 30 min out of my way to see these ladies

First time going to Hannah today. She did a great job copying the picture I gave her, very talented! She stayed after hours to finish my nails! Highly recommend her to anyone who loves to look at Instagram or Pinterest for nail ideas.

Always give an amazing pedi! Very fun and relaxing! Bring in your own bottle of wine, it back and relax! The deluxe pedi is seriously amazing

Wanted to get my nails done before I fly out of town, so I decided to go somewhere local and went to Bells as it had wonderful reviews. All of the staff were very courteous & the guy who greeted me was extremely welcoming. It was pretty slow as I was the only customer there so they just talked amongst themselves which was fine with me as I’m not much of a talker.
Now, she did a wonderful job on my nails. I think she may have filed down a little too much though because a couple of my nails are slightly sore to the touch. Not enough to bother me, just noticeable. No soreness while she was doing them, just something I’ve noticed a couple hours later & I know there shouldn’t be any soreness. The tech was also sort of cold on her farewell. So that’s why I’m giving this place 4 stars. More so because of the slight soreness. I think I’d be willing to go again though.

I am California transplant and although the I’ve been here over two years, I never trusted folks with my feet! In cali I got my feet done every other week. Once I moved, I couldn’t find the right place.
I found this place Mother’s Day weekend and instantly loved it. So clean; everyone is so sweet and friendly! The spa chair is heaven! I brought my boyfriend with me once and since then, they always ask for him when he’s not with me. So personable, so professional and they have a great sense of humor. It’s always a great getaway being here!
You purchase your own Kit here, for about $ 1 or so, so you can bring it back whenever you return. That way, you are using your own stuff. Prices are reasonable. There’s a television you can watch while getting your amazing spa pedicure; and there’s also music playing (not overpowering each other). Just a comfortable environment! The pedicures are great! I get the basic one which to me is enough! Love the warm rocks they rub your legs with and most importantly I love that I’m never rushed! They take their time with you to ensure that you’re a satisfied customer, and that, I am!
Don’t let the location fool you! It’s next to El Indio Mexican restaurant and the parking lot looks sketchy, come right in!

I saw the reviews and the beautiful photos and was really excited to try this place. It’s really far from my house, but I haven’t really found a found a salon I like in Portland. I’ve tried about 20.
Anyway, I just left after pretty much worst experience at a salon I’ve ever had.
Came in on a Sunday for pedis for a friend and me, and a shellac mani for me. Had to wait about 20 minutes which is fine, then sat with our feet in cold water for another 20 minutes. Again, waiting fine– cold water not so much but pretty forgivable. After about 40 minutes, one tech freed up and started with me because I was also getting a mani. While my friend was waiting to be seen, two sets of people came in. I heard the proprietor ask if they had appointments and neither did. For some reason they still were tended to before my friend. As they started my painting my toes, a tech came in for my friend. Then my tech finished up painting my toes. She pointed to another tech and said she would do my nails. She was applying acrylic nails on someone else and had just begun. I was a little annoyed as the acrylic nails person had come in about 2 hours after I had but wasn’t hating this place yet. My toes felt soft and while the polish wasn’t as tidy as I like it looked ok.
My tech began someone else’s pedicure. Then she finished and began a second person (both of whom came in after me) pedicure. Finally the mani tech who had been working on the acrylic nails came over and asked me to pick out a shellac shade. I did and gave her the number and brand. She disappeared for about 20 minutes. My friend who started about 40 minutes after me was done with her deluxe pedicure now. Her toes looked really good.
Then, and this where they lost me entirely, the same tech who had done my toes came over and said she would do my nails. She asked me to pick a polish which I’d already done and given to another woman who no one could find. I had assumed she maybe didn’t do shellac and that’s why I had to wait for 4 people who went ahead of me. It was bizarre. All in all, 6 people who came in after my friend and I got their nails done and finished before us.
By then I was just annoyed and wanted to get out of there. She didn’t do the shape like I asked, the color is uneven and my thumbnail is corked by ¼″ at least. Anyway my nails look bad and the whole thing took literally 4 hours. I cannot imagine going back for any reason.

Bells on my fingers and rings on my toes. That’s how they do it here. Just ringing those bells for you all the way! Hey!
Out of all the nail places out there that I’ve visited this one is the one I end up running back to. Their polish stays on longer than anyones.
They take their time with you EVEN when they have other people waiting.
The place is big enough that the wait is not that long but not too big so that you feel you are in a nail polishing factory.
Wonderful customer service as well.
Also, I know them and they know me so it’s not a sea of new faces every time you come here.
There are a ton of colors so that you don’t get bored.
They don’t ask you if you want one type of pedi or another because:
you get warm towels, (at no extra cost)
salt scrub, (at no extra cost)
hot rocks (well you get what I’m saying) no 2.00 more dollars for this.
and a nice foot or is that feet massage
but especially a pleasant person to take care of you.
Or is that rings on my toes and bells on my fingers.
